Buitengoed Het Lageveld - 58

This comfortable luxury villa is located in the relatively newly established holiday complex Buitengoed Het Lageveld. You are here in a beautiful, wooded area in the neighbourhood of Enschede and not far from Twente. Opposite the park is a swimming lake (36 ha) with a sandy beach, areas for swimmers and non-swimmers and various equipment for your children to play on. This park is therefore a swimming and leisure paradise during the summer months. The holiday complex has many services on offer: Bike hire and some activities for children during the school holidays.



There is a double electric charging station at the entrance to the park, which you can use with your charging card. Buitengoed het Lageveld is a spacious family park where you can spend a relaxing time with your family. Not suitable for youth groups. The reception also offers the following services, among others: B & B of the manager couple.

We rented the house for two weeks. The house was in good order when we arrived. Het Lageveld is absolutely beautiful with a children’s playground and a beach activity area directly across the road. It was a great value but a few little things weren’t quite what we expected. The house was extremely cold when we arrived at 4pm and the heat was still cold by bedtime. Once the house heated up it was fine. Things we did not expect to have to buy were cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets and garbage bags. No cupboards or closets to hang coats and put away shoes, and nowhere to store food. The house really could use a new coat of paint inside and some fresh art and cushions. It would have been very helpful to have instructions available for the washer and dryer and the oven. We felt very safe while there and the community was friendly. The only thing I was truly unhappy with was that the safety deposit could not be refunded to my credit card.

Alles in allem in Ordnung

Dafür, dass man eine Gebühr von über hundert Euro für die Endreinigung bezahlt, erwarte ich auch, dass ich dann ein sauberes Haus vorfinde. Auf der Terasse lagen überall benutzte Taschentücher, der Kühlschrank war total dreckig. And en Schranktüren klebten Essensreste und im Wohnzimmer lagen alte Erdnussflipps unter dem Sessel. So haben wir den ersten halben Tag erstmal alles geputzt. Das ist nicht in Ordnung!! Alles andere war zufriedenstellend!
