Looking for a winter getaway? You'll love this 3-story furnished condo unit with a beautiful sunset view of Mobile Bay! Magnolia Beach condos is a quiet community with wonderful neighbors. You'll enjoy the pool, a large deck and wharf to relax on the water with the waves lapping under you. Each bedroom with queen size bed and its own full bath as well as 1/2 bath on main floor. Pull-out sofa bed on main floor as well as inflatable mattress in storage for your temporary guests' use. Fully furnished kitchen with amenities including microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker as well as the basics. Shaded carport parking, spacious bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, new carpet on 3rd floor (2021), and so much more! Walk along the water through the park to the city pier and or to downtown Fairhope for restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, and boutiques. You'll love this community! Available for rent September 2021 through May 2022, negotiable/prorated possible but at this time I am looking for long-term renters only (6+ months). Get in touch with me if you have another shorter term offer and we may find a mutual agreement. Per HOA rules, this property must be rented for at least one full month at a time.
