A single-story attached house (with the owner’s residence above) featuring a completely separate entrance and private outdoor spaces (garden furniture, barbecue, gazebo, lounge chairs). Living room with dining and lounge areas, open-concept fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds (90x190), bathroom, toilet, and laundry room.
