Lovran. The studio is located on an 800 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. The landlady recommends an apartment for 2 adults and 1 child up to 6 years old, as the extra bed is not suitable for an adult. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the property.
