We started renting our house as a vacation home since Memorial Day Weekend 2021. We strive to continue our 5 Star rating.

When comparing Vacation Homes, look at and compare what you desire most. As you compare other homes, here are some things that we have that others may not:

- SQ225 143,00 BTU Pool Heater. Largest Heating BTU's for Private Pool.
Many of those will not heat their pool accurately. Ours is new, and SQ means super quiet.

1. Private playground. Adult Supervision at all times and use at own risk.
2. Large heated saltwater pool. We have a lot of pool floaties and pool games. Please check with us prior to your arrival to see if you need to pack anything extra.
3. Large pergola with rattan seating for 10+ and 55-inch Samsung Smart TV. we also have seating for 6 around ping pong table.
4. Outdoor regulation basketball hoop (can adjust for kids).
5. Kettler outdoor Ping-Pong Table by Pool & Dart Board/Ring Toss on shed.
6. Nice area to ride a scooter or toys in the backyard.
7. Weber Grill with 2 propane tanks in case you run out.
8. Lots of private lounges outside.
9. Private fire-pit by pool - Perfect for family smores night.
10. Private grass area for Kids/Adults to play. Numerous outdoor games provided as well as indoor games located next to the fireplace.
11. 3 large outdoor umbrellas.
12. Beautiful outdoor lighting on timers.
13. Large concrete area for hosting your own private day event. Limited capacity. Please approve in advance.

24. Direct contact via personal cell numbers with property managers.
25. There are 8 24/7 security cameras outside the home.

Guest Access:
We have 2 driveways. One off 78th ave and One off 47th Street. Total car parking is around 10. you are 6 miles to Beaches and 1-2 Miles from great restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 1/10 mile away (Publix). Super Walmart is 2 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
All security cameras are only located outside the property (like entrances or outdoor common areas) and are there purely for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home, and we strictly follow Airbnb's policy, which bans all indoor surveillance devices.

Wonderful Stay

The house is well equipped with everything you need if you’re planning to have a few meals at home. It was big enough and top notch for our family of 7. Beautiful back yard! Swam one day only because weather was chilly. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

This is a great property regardless of your group. We stayed with 6 adults on a weekend trip. The backyard was incredible and we could have stayed out there all day watching football and floating in the pool. Owner is also very responsive and always looking to help.

We had an absolutely incredible stay here! The property was just as dreamy as it looks in person. The beds were like sleeping on a piece of Heaven!! The kids had the best time with the pool, slide, toys, etc. The owners were in touch for any needs during the stay. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break 2022

Highly recommend this place! Everything was very clean, and they have gone above and beyond to provide a ton of entertainment for every age group! We liked being close to many different beaches and main attractions. Easy check in and out with great communication. Great place to bring your family and friends to enjoy the sun and sand! Again, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in this area!

Everything you need and so much more.

The owner has thought of everything. We were welcomed with a s’mores kit for the kids and the snow cone maker was a hit. The pool was wonderful and the adults loved watching the football games on the outdoor television. If you have a group with kids you can’t go wrong staying here.

Chill Town is everything and more

This property and its owners are friendly and have great communication. The check-in and out process was quick and easy. Everything was laid out and the owners were available for any questions. The property has everything you could need for this getaway oasis and they are still adding amenities to the property!! Highly recommend and look forward to booking this property again!

Father Son Football trip!

The pictures for this property do no justice. We stay here for a football trip 4 Fathers 4 sons ages 7-11 we all had a blast. This property has everything you need it felt like home! I highly recommend this property. Checking out part was very difficult sadly no one wanted to leave. I would book again.

Super glued together

The toilet was running we had to fix it in the master bathroom sink was broke instead of replacing it. They glued it together. And put some kind of design so it looks like it was built that way. I figured this out after I cut my finger on it. Overall, the experience was good though besides a few issues they have with maintenance.

Chill Town is a 10

Stayed May 5-8 and the home exceeded all expectations. We had 8 guests (7 adults plus one teen). Plenty of room inside the home and everyone slept comfortably. For us, we actually spent most of our time in the backyard. There's so much to do or relax if that is your preference. Fran and Kevin were responsive both prior to and during our stay. You can't go wrong with Chill Town!!

Ultimate family fun vacation

This home was incredible! We had a family vacation with our Son, Daughter and their families to include Grands 1, 2 1/2, 3 & 4. The backyard was built for fun and relaxation. The blow-up bounce house with slide and huge swing set were the stars for our kids. The adults loved the basketball court and lounging/seating area’s. The house has everything you need and the owner’s are the most accommodating we meet in 10 years of using VRBO. They even left use s’mores ingredients and a gingerbread house for the kids to decorate. Great family vacation and kiddie heaven!!

Amazing rental

I cannot say enough about this rental ! Adults/kids and an infant ! This home met the needs of everyone that stayed. We had everything we can ever imagine during our stay . The pool and bounce house was a huge hit and the outdoor dining and tv for the adults! My kids love the outdoors and swings so to have this while we are away from home made them feel right at home ! All the beds were comfortable and the massage chair was a happy ending to our daily routine after being in the pool all day ! Movie night with popcorn and snow cones was super fun! Thank you guys for an amazing experience! We hope to rent this property again soon!

Booked a stay for daughter's college graduation

They thought of everything! The owners communicated well, and we felt so welcomed into their home. Besides going to USF's graduation ceremony for my step-daughter, there was no need to leave! We all hung out at the pool, played basketball, and soaked up the sun. We watched movies outside by the fire and inside in the comfy theater chairs! And there were enough blankets for everyone! But the best had to be that massage chair! The beds were cozy, and we appreciated all the extra treats. By far the best rental I have ever stayed at! Thanks!

Greatest home away from home

I dont even know where to start......this place is the greatest! We haven’t even got home but I wanted to come on here and say me and family are so truly happy and amazed with how incredibly detailed this place was. Everything was thought of. There was never a dull moment. We can not wait to come back. The hosts were so attentive and even let us check in earlier. Gave us absolutely everything we needed from tea to sunblock to a bluetooth speaker to use while we used the outside area (which is what we used the most). All the technology was awesome for us to watch tv for the kids. The beds were like clouds. We did go the beach which was about 20 mins away and they provided chairs and umbrellas. I mean these people really deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you again for everything.....we cant wait to come back.

Best vacation house ever!

I rent about 4 to 8 properties a year. Have been doing it for the last 15 plus years. This was the best equipped home I have ever rented. For the price point you are getting more than what you are paying for. Every single bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Even the pull out couch is above anything I’ve seen anywhere. We had a family of 21 (not all staying there) . From 64 years old to 17 months every single person enjoyed everything about this house to the fullest. I have never seen so many great amenities. The heated pool, bounce house, fire pit, outdoor tv and seating.. If you like cool beds be sure to try out the master king. It’s a dream!!!! The house had so many little things that we almost didn’t need to buy anything extra other than our food. We drove to Madeira Beqch was beautiful and fun for shopping. Don’t question it just book it! We want to come back already!

First, we had a wonderful stay! The location was terrific as we were close to everything. Supermarkets, stores, beaches, nightlife and more. Second, the house is older but very comfortable and had so many amenities. We had a great kitchen stocked with every appliance including a smart refigerator that played our Pandora tunes! The pool was great, it has seating in the pool for sitting and having great conversations whilst enjoying an adult beverage or two. Bedding was super comfy. One of the king beds is an adjustable bed....perfect for this snorer! Two full bathrooms with plenty of towels and supplies. We were a group of 10 women ranging in age from 17 to 84. Every single one of us enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. This is truly a vacation home. Basketball court, playground for the littles, great outdoor games and eating areas and entertainment areas inside and out. Loved every minute and our hosts were always responsive for any questions we had.

Relaxation Oasis

Florida Fun for Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our first ever, Christmas on vacation in sunny Florida with our adult children. The property was perfectly situated between St Pete beach and Tampa with plenty to see and do. The weather cooperated and the heated pool, outdoor activities and indoor games at the home provided an experience that was just as comfortable as home. The property manager quickly answered any questions we had and made our stay easygoing. What a wonderful Christmas gift; enjoyed with family making memories!!

Has potential

Very outdated house. Various things were broken or didn't work. Bounce house was filthy, tried cleaning it and it was usable to an extent, it leaked. The ceiling fan in the theater room wasn't working. The massage chair was not working properly and the recliner chairs in theater room were all the way against the wall so it was hard to fully enjoy them. Play set was destroyed, that was disappointing because my 3 year old wanted to play on it so bad. Sofa bed in game room was broken. Some drawers in kitchen were damaged & didn't open. Bathroom tub/shower was so outdated and nasty looking. Floors were dirty, cleaning crew is not cleaning very well. Garbage was left in the yard by previous renters and to top it off, with my kids in the house there was a little bag of weed left in a drawer under the TV in the theater room(which we threw away)along with an almost empty bottle of tequila. it was actually disappointing to say the least every time we would go to enjoy something it didn't work or was destroyed. Also there were only pool towels for the bathrooms, no bath towels. The bedroom with the twin bunk bed in it, the door does not latch and the toilet in master bedroom runs on and off all night. It would also be better if they just left the AC on instead of having people shut it off before they leave. Definitely could be a great house but needs a lot of attention.

Subpar

Our stay at the Ultimate Family Fun home was disappointing from the start. We had to book this property last minute due to a hurricane and a cancellation from another host. Unfortunately, one of our group members tested positive for COVID-19 shortly after booking, but the host refused to accommodate a cancellation or refund, despite Vrbo's recommendations for flexibility. This left us with no choice but to leave a member behind. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was subpar. The floors were unswept, beds unmade, and there was questionable food left in the fridge. As in we didn’t think the milk jug had milk in it and it was something else. Trash was still in the bins, and the outdoor area was not guest-ready. The shuffleboard, ping pong, and basketball was unusable, toys were in poor condition, and the pool was musty and filled with leaves. Communication with the host was also lacking. We received a message at 11:30 am on checkout day to leave the back door unlocked for cleaners, which was too late as we had already left by the 10 am checkout time. While the home does offer some nice features like a massage chair and TVs, the overall experience was marred by poor cleanliness and inflexible policies. We would not return to this property.

Family Vacation

My family booked our stay with high hopes and we were not disappointed. The house is great, and accommodating for all ages. The pool and backyard is amazing. The hosts did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, and we’re very responsive to any and all needs. Highly recommended.

We had a great time while there. the kids loved the pool most!! the house wasn’t quite as big as i assumed by pics, but we had plenty of space!was very handy to several stores and the beach wasn’t far! Definitely will be back!!
