The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Souterrain: Living room / bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with WC, bidet, window and washing machine.
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 single bed. You have access to the balcony. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Lazise, 75 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 7 m x 12 m, 1.5 m deep). The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. There are no sun loungers or parasols available at the pool. 2 deck chairs available in each apartment.

In summer: Lake Garda 200 m in Lazise (beach 600 m in Lazise with sand, gravel and rocks). Lazise: Boat rental 600 m and water sports opportunities 700 m. Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain biking tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.
