Uniquely located wooden house in 1st row to the beautiful sandy beach. From this charming and cozy cottage you have direct access to the beach and a swim in the Baltic Sea is highly recommended. The cottage will be extended in 2019/2020 with a private area, which is not part of the rental, but during the rental season there will be no construction work. This unique cottage is very charming and rustic decorated with round walls and high ceilings in the living area. Cozy open kitchen and 3 smaller bedrooms. Well equipped bathroom with small but cozy sauna. From the very cozy living room of the house you can access a small attic. From the living room you have access to a beautiful wooden terrace and a magnificent view of the sea and Bornholm's beautiful nature. Own path to the beach. The size of the house makes it suitable for 4 people. This unique vacation home is simply a gem - partly because of its fantastic location and partly because of its very own style and architecture. The area is suitable for cycling and hiking. The popular fishing village of Snogebæk with good shopping and attractive small stores and restaurants is also not far away.
