The flat back yard and large max dock are perfect for outdoor recreation. You are just a few short steps to 4 different restaurants (Lake Oconee Bistro, Sweet Kneads, Georgia Butts, and Copperwood Pizza) and Oconee Wild Watersports boat rentals is just across the street.

House was perfect for our family.

We had 6 adults, two 3yr olds, a 2yr old, and a 1yr old. It met our needs, and we appreciate that it wasn’t cluttered with things that the kiddos could get into. Kitchen was well stocked, and all appliances are up to date. It was also very clean.

STAY HERE!!!

This is an absolute treasure of a home!! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and has thought of every detail! The kids enjoyed walking around and exploring the property, which is in a very safe neighborhood! Many beautiful and fun memories were made on property. Will definitely be returning to this stunning, homey property!!!

Great Lake house!

Wonderful and spacious home on a great lot. Enough room to spread out. We loved the fire pit. Owner did a nice job on the renovation. Highly recommend!
