🌃 LE QUARTIER DES MARAÎCHERS: A haven of peace nestled at the gates of Colmar, the Maraîchers district makes you want to take a walk far from the urban tumult. This district is very popular with Colmar residents, both for walking and for living there. As its name suggests, this district was once dedicated to vegetable crops, but there are still a few where you can get fresh vegetables and fruits. Today, despite the proliferation of modern constructions, this sector benefits from unspoiled nature that encourages strolling, whether on foot, by bike or on rollerblades! A pedestrian and cycle path runs along the Lauch lined with trees on which the birds whistle cheerfully, an ideal place for a green break, along the river. You will discover an imposing weeping willow whose branches dip gently into the stream. On the other side stand tall reeds in which moorhens nestle. All along the way there will be calm, barely disturbed by the rustle of the skimming flight of ducks and the croaking of frogs. From spring, you will have the chance to see swans and their young. A nice walk to do with the family on Sunday, to relax and enjoy the sun.

House rules:

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Sehr schönes Appartement in Top-Lage!
Das Appartement ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Sehr geräumig und sehr gemütlich! Ganz neues, modernes Bad und gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Nespressomaschine, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, 3 Gefrierfächer). Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, auch Seife und Toilettenpapier. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir eine Flasche Weißwein vor, sehr nette Geste. Super war auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, was nur selten bei den Ferienwohnungen in Colmar zu finden ist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ganz ideal, in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Altstadt von Colmar. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die vielen anderen schönen Städtchen rundum ist die Lage super. Nur dass die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist, so dass wir abends die Stimmen aus dem Nachbarappartement gehört haben, war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Den Check-in-Vorgang fanden wir allerdings etwas kompliziert. Insgesamt aber absolut weiterzuempfehlen!
