The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities and terrace.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October). Swimming pool 25 m2.
