Gated, private, secure community and our penthouse unit is oceanfront. Just steps to a swimming pool and beach club. For those adventurous types enjoy Scape Park for the day in the waterfall, or zipline or cruising the coastline. Punta Espada Golf Course, Deep Sea Fishing or Eden Roc Spa, all options to enjoy your stay in our condo. 15 minutes from PUJ International Airport.

Master bedroom with access to the terrace. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds and can comfortable sleep 4 people. Maximum guest capacity of 6 guests. 1 parking space. Community Swimming Pool. Free sunrise views!

1. All guests must be registered by providing copy of passport or Dominican cedula for entrance to Cap Cana.
2. This is a non-smoking apartment.
3. All guests must abide by condominium rules and regulations. No loud music after 10pm. No towels hanging on balcony.
