L’appartement est bien situé, accès direct à la plage, une grande piscine au pied de l’immeuble. Le parking privé est un vrai plus. La Clim est présente dans chaque pièce c’est très agréable. Par contre l’appartement n’est pas entretenu, c’est inadmissible! Nous n’avons pas apprécié l’état négligé et la saleté générale. Des toiles d’araignée, de la poussière et des cheveux dans chaque pièces, la cuisine est pleine de gras sur les poignées et portes, toutes les surfaces vitrées (tables et baies vitrées) sont pleines de traces de doigts. La salle de bain est sale bien que moderne. Aucune place n’est dédiée pour ranger vos affaires car les tiroirs sont pleins d’objets ou déchets (vieux flacons vides, emballages en tout genres, cheveux, poils…)Les poêles pour cuisiner sont HS à moins que vous vouliez vous intoxiquer aux PFAS, pas de passoir pour les pâtes. Pas de place pour ranger les courses car placards et tiroirs pleins de vieux pots de confitures moisies et bouteilles d’huiles vide ou épices périmés et renversés.Frigo américain sale, personne ne le nettoie en fait? Le lave vaisselle est inutilisable à moins que vous veniez avec votre sel et liquide de rinçage!À notre arrivée la terrasse était inondée et l’eau stagnait sous la pelouse synthétique… à vous de passer la serpillière par contre !!Nous avons alerté le propriétaire desuite mais il s’en foutait royalement rien n’a été fait.Par contre soyez sûr qu’il vous encaisse bien les 80 de ménage !

Nous avons bien été bien accueilli , Merci à Mr Regnier et Didier très bienveillants et chaleureux. Vaste appartement comme j'aime ,traversant , bien équipé et la vue incroyable :) à refaire !!!Merci pour ce merveilleux et reposant séjour chez vous .

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schönDie Lage einfach nur herrlich für Familien Leider habe ich auch paar Kritikpunkte1. Leider gab's kein Klopapier2.Der Pool hatte Öffnungszeiten von 10uhr-13 und dann von 16-20uhr 3.Der Preis ist wirklich sehr hoch für das Apartment an der Cote d'Azur hätte ich es noch verstanden Leider gabs bei dem hohen Preis kein Wifi und keine Handtücher was mir aber von vorne rein klar war Aber im großen und ganzen super Urlaub gehabt und der Vermieter war super sympathisch

Appartement spacieux

Bien placé, loin des bouchon et à proximité des commerces. Grande piscine avec une belle profondeur, place à 30 secondes. Appartement très bien équipé, bonne literie, climatisation, ascenseur et une vue exceptionnelle.
