Bright apartment in a sail-shaped apartment building, on the beach of Marotta, an old fishing harbour where fresh fish is sold in the morning. About 10 metres from a pebble beach. From the panoramic terrace, the view extends over a long stretch of coast as far as Senigallia. At the back, about 20 m away, runs a railway line. Restaurant with pool, snack bar with seafood specialities, bar and pizzeria approx. 20 m away. The village of Marotta boasts the "Blue Flag", which stands for clean water. Distances: Senigallia 1.5 km; Fano 10 km; Riccione, an important centre of the Riviera, 55 km. The holiday accommodation is an ideal starting point for beautiful cultural excursions: San Marino 70 km, Urbino 57 km, the caves of Frasassi 82 km, the castle of San Leo 50 km, the pilgrimage church of Loreto 64 km, the castle of Gradara 46 km, the castle of Mondavio 21 km.
