Bonjour,
Suite à nos nombreux échanges depuis votre réservation, j’entends votre mésentente. Toutefois, il ne résulte en rien de dénigrer la qualité des prestations de notre résidence sous prétexte d’être en désaccord.
En effet, l’annonce a toujours indiqué que l’appartement est de type F3 Duplex, avec une terrasse sécurisée dans les normes.
De plus, Fabrice de la conciergerie a toujours accueilli tous nos hôtes avec courtoisie, répondant également à vos nombreuses sollicitations.
Pour finir, d’autres personnes étaient intéressées à vos dates de réservation. Cependant, votre départ ayant été subite alors que toutes les informations étaient indiquées nous n’avons malheureusement pu le relouer à cette période.
Ainsi, je vous remercie par avance d’annoter des commentaires authentique.

Cadre très agréable
Cet appartement surplombant la baie et l'embarcadère du bourg des 3 Ilets, d'où partent les navettes maritimes, nous a permis une grande mobilité vers les plages de cette commune et vers Fort-de France, lorsque nous ne voulions pas utiliser la voiture. L'appartement est agréable, spacieux et fonctionnel et les hôtes sont très à l'écoute.
