Gorgeous 4 BR/4 BA Top Floor Front Row Islander Villa

The Islander Resort is located on the Exclusive West End of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, nestled between historic Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC (25 minute drive north or south, respectively). Our villa has four beautifully decorated bedrooms each with their own en suite bathrooms! Luxurious comforts with vaulted ceilings in the living room and 11 foot ceiling throughout the remaining 1700 square feet of the spacious living area. Check-in and Check-out days are always on Saturday. Please contact us before booking if you would like to make different arrangements.

The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, dual sinks, shower with jet tub, entertainment center with TV/DVD. The "Lock-out Room" has a king size bed, microwave, refrigerator, entertainment center with TV/DVD and a separate enter door. The "Blue Room" has a queen and a full bed, and a TV/DVD. A Graco portable crib is stored in the closet. The "Colonial Room " has two full beds with TV/DVD. Videos, books, games and puzzles are available for your use.

Enjoy scenic views and relaxing morning walks on the beach just steps away. A golfer's paradise with famous courses right around the corner! Myrtle Beach and other attractions are just 25 minutes away. Shopping is a must at the award winning "Barefoot Landing", or take the kids to "Alligator Adventure" in North Myrtle Beach.

Enjoying dining at the "Sugar Shack" for local cuisine, with live music and sing to the oldies, or walk from your villa to the "Isles Restaurant" for fine dining while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Also don't miss out on the amazing food from Causeway Gourmet; they deliver.

Ocean Isle Beach is one of the most beautiful and unique islands off the coast of North Carolina. It is a family-oriented, quiet and very relaxing life style on a beautiful beach. There are twelve golf courses and numerous restaurants within ten miles and hundreds within 50 miles.

Great Family Vacation

The condo is well equipped and one of the best locations off oceanfront. Good view of the beach and easy walk to beach and pool. Mattresses comfortable. Good lay out with a bath for each bedroom. Good communication with owner.

Great location, access, and view.

This beach unit was as described with a well stocked kitchen, good beds, great deck, and books, games, and puzzles for rainy days. The beach access is close and easy. The large community pool is an easy walk down an access road. There is a kiddie pool, hot tub and bar at the pool and all are well kept. We did have a significant maintenance issue and found that the property manager was responsive, pleasant, and professional in dealing with the matter. We would rent this unit again.

Perfect location!

We love OIB, and this unit was perfect for us! It was very clean on arrival, had all we needed and more, and was a short walk to an area of the beach that wasn’t too crowded. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Yearly Beach Vacation

The condo was in a perfect location - right across from the beach access. The deck was furnished very well - we spent every evening sitting out there enjoying the views and breeze. The kitchen was well equipped- had everything you could want on vacation. The beds were comfortable but I would bring my own pillows next time. We would definitely stay here again

Ocean Isle

Great location and there were lots of supplies that were available to guests. The kitchen was a little small as we always seemed to have at least 3 or 4 people trying to get in there at the same time. The TV's were a little challenging because we were trying watch the Olympics and couldn't figure out all the stations. All in all, though, it was a great trip complimented by good weather! Thank you!

The condo was lovely, with plenty of room for all of us. There were only a couple of issues, but Jennifer was very responsive. A mattress pad was missing in the master bedroom, blankets were missing from the family room, and there was dirty laundry and trash left behind by the previous renters. Jennifer was easy to contact, and called us quickly on one issue. We would happily stay there again.

Great Summer Vacation!

The Villa was comfortable, clean and the owners really thought of everything to make you feel at home. The beds slept great. Very short walk to the beach. Longer walk to the pool but our little ones didn’t mind it. Pool is great (despite COVID rules). There is a 2ft deep kiddie pool that was a great surprise. Pool monitor does ask for a purple pool pass everyday. Outside deck has great ocean views! There is no gate blocking the stairs or the unit beside us. We had a great stay and loved every minute!

Perfection in Ocean Isle!

What an incredible stay we had in this perfect top floor unit. Well appointed with everything you could need and then some. Well maintsined property that provided a great home base for our week at the beach. Property manager was super responsive and provided all the info we needed. The only complaint we had is the key was sticking badly in the front door making it very difficult to remove and the dryer wouldnt dry consistently, even following instructions to wash everything before placing in the dryer. We ended up just doing super small loads and that helped improve the efficiency of the dryer. This didnt impact our stay and we would definitely stay again!

Exactly what I needed!

Loved it! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Traveled with an 11 month old and she had plenty of room to crawl and play in living room. Having the extra porta crib was very convenient! Kitchen is stocked so much so I didn’t need to pack nearly as much as I did. The beach access is literally right across the street! The community pool was just ok, there was zero shade so we brought our beach umbrella to put in the one and only table there. Hint drive to the pool if it’s really hot and your lugging a lot of stuff. The beach was perfect and not crowded. The condo was perfect! Will come back in cooler weather! Thank you to our hosts for exactly what we all needed!

This condo is prime location on Ocean Isle. I would classify the beach access as as close to direct as you could get. Down the elevator from the 3rd floor and across the road and you are there! Yes! I did say elevator. Huge plus for this property. We rented a golf cart for transportation to the pool. It truly was not needed. Just a short walk to the West to the pool. The condo was clean and so well stocked. Loved the glass across the ocean side of the condo. You could catch a glimpse of the ocean at all times. The balcony was amazing! You could sit facing West or East and have a direct view of the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to arrival and quick to attend to any issues we had while there. Really no issues that were negative to our stay. The only thing close to negative I could say is that all but one of the bathrooms are tiny. 6 of the 10 of us are female...enough said! The beds were really comfy...take your own pillow. Ocean Isle itself, is a beautiful stretch of of beach. We were close enough to walk daily to the West End where it crosses over to Sunset Beach. Beautiful! We loved it and would return with no hesitation at all.

Sand, sun and fun every day!

Super comfy beds is the first thing I check and your condo passed! It was very clean. Very comfortable furniture. Our two granddaughters had ample room to play. They are 2 and 19 months. The coffee table was just the right height. Over stocked with items from cleaning to cooking. I love to cook. Your kitchen had plenty of everything we needed. The weather was perfect every day! I’d like to request several silicone spatulas or scrapers as some call them. The only other big thing was there needed to be a DVD player in every room including the den. You had a beautiful selection of DVDs but unable to watch as a family or in the master bedroom by myself. Other than that it was perfect. Hoping to return next year. PS your neighbor next door had a girls weekend. We found out they were also from High Point as well. Ended up knowing some of their extended families. She was super nice. Thanks so much.

A Great Place For Our Group of Eleven.

The condo was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Location to the beach was great, as you were able to walk directly across the street between two other houses, then up a few stair steps onto the short boardwalk to the beach. If there was anything that would be considered a negative, it would be the parking. We had four vehicles and you have to park in a straight line, one behind another. This is the way these units are designed so owners have no options here. On the positive side, most places only provide parking for two, maybe three vehicles, so to have room for five to six is nice. Jennifer, the owner, was super responsive to the only two issues we had. Initially, the refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working, but that turned out to be due to the water filter not being fully seated. She assisted, over-the-phone, in getting this corrected. The other issue was a faulty GFCI outlet, and she quickly sent an electrician out to replace it. If our group decides on Ocean Isle for our family vacation again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Great Getaway and Wonderful Stay with Friends/Family

This house is the perfect location, coupled with cleanliness and comfort. The location on the beach is the best we found. We spent all day on the nearly-empty beach and slept great in the well-appointed bedrooms. The beach views and proximity to the water make this the perfect getaway for a family. The owners have this house setup for comfort and relaxation...everything you need is here and they are very accessible by either phone or text. Fast response to our texts exemplified their dedication to making sure that our vacation was a complete success. Well done!

Beautiful top unit, 2nd row with ocean views directly in front, from the large deck and unobstructed views on both the right and left side. Could also see the pier. Easy access to beach, short walk just across the street. The beach was clean and the waves were inviting. The elevator was a plus, having my 85 year old Father and 82 year old Mother with us. It made it so much easier for them. The pool was a little walk and the Tiki bar was closed, I’m assuming due to COVID-19. Jennifer was quick respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Ocean Isle Beach is a lovely place!!
