Look no further, vacation with ease, we have taken care of your needs. Relax after a day at the parks. Our floorplan has beautiful views of the peaceful pool and nature preserve beyond.

We make it easy so you can enjoy your vacation! You will find all the needed amenities at your fingertips to make your vacation a breeze. While you are settling in, the kids will be entertained for hours with toys and burning energy in the pool. Catch a sunset in the quiet backyard. Enjoy a round of golf for yourself before you head to the parks with the kids.

After you've spent some time at Florida's most loved attractions, your group will love an evening swim in the pool and hot tub while dinner cooks on the grill. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to serve up a full meal. After dinner, there are toys for all ages! Plan for a family game night or catch up around the table while doing a puzzle. Or snuggle in for a movie night. Need some time to yourself, the floorplan allows for great family get-togethers and some time to chill alone after a busy day. Time after time, guests are telling us they wish they had more time to be together at our home.

Amazing Disney themed house

This property was amazing, I have a 5 year old little girl who was mesmerized with the Elsa themed room. They had over 20 princesse dresses and all the barbies and dolls you could have imagined. We probably didn’t even need to go to the parks. We will definitely stay here again !

Perfect family vacation

We loved everything about this house! The themed rooms, the pool, the game room and the neighborhood were some of our favorite things! The owner was always quick to respond and was kind and understanding. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to another family!

The Best House To Rent

This house has literally everything you need from a baby to an adult. Every room has what you need, the pool was aswome! I definitely highly recommended for your next vacation.

Great place to stay

This place was a great place to stay.. they had great communication and quick to take care of any any problems we had. Only complaint, the carpet had some stains but very clean and great place for my parents and my family of 4 to spread out and have our own space.. we would definitely rent from them again 😊

One of our favorite vacations to date!

This house is amazing! Our family enjoyed every single thing about this place! The themed rooms are adorable! The beds are super comfy! And the pool was a favorite hang out spot! Not to far from 192 which offers alot of restaurants and shopping! Close enough to parks. Five stars for sure!

Such a great place for a larger group. Right between Oakhurst and bass lake and not far from Yosemite. Quite and cozy but thr kids loved the game rrom and adults the spa. Will likely spray again.

This house exceeded our expectations! It had everything. My favorite were the strollers for the littles. It was a lifesaver not having to pack all of ours. I would definitely recommend!

Quiet Relaxation in Davenport

The property was even better than the pictures and description. We had 4 of us, 2 adults and a 14- and 12-year-old, but could have had many more stay as the house was huge. The pool area was perfect, and the hot tub was nice, as well as having privacy from neighbors and the wetlands behind the home. The home had everything you would ever need including bonuses like games, puzzles, and pool toys. We will definitely be back.

Florida family vacation

We absolutely loved the house. We was close enougj to all the Disney attractions and to eother thw Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf. Best time we have had. My daughter loved allnof the dress up clothes. She played for hours. The rest of us thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and the pool. So amazing!!

No Stress lodging.

The place was great. When we had a question, Kevin and Emily were very quick to respond. There was plenty of space and everyone was comfortable. At the end of our week, none of my family wanted to leave. On the down days we had, the kids had plenty to do to keep them entertained. They did not complain about being bored once. I would stay at this place again without a second thought. Great Job Kevin and Emily!

Great Place

We had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for our group of 13. The home is located in a great location for shopping, food and Disney attractions. Kevin & Emily was amazing to deal with. I asked them several questions and they both responded in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this home. Thanks to Kevin & Emily for renting their home to our family and making our first experience with homeaway a pleasant one. Hope to come back soon.....😀

Wonderful place to vacation and relax!

We’ve visited the Orlando area in the past and on this visit we wanted a different experience. The house was wonderful where we stayed. My grandchildren had a blast. They ranged in age 3-14. The toys, games, dress up clothes, pool and hot tub were excellent for entertainment when we weren’t out and about. The total atmosphere and experience was amazing!! I would highly recommend renting from Kevin and Emily. They were very helpful and welcoming! We had a wonderful time!! Kendra

Had an Amazing time spent with my family at this Beautiful home !!! Everything was as described and the host are great at communication and they go above and beyond at this home !! Our Favorite Stay in Orlando to Date

The house was clean, spacious, and accommodating, the patio was perfect (where we spent most of our time), the pool and spa was just right. The conversion the garage to a livable game room was great, the mini split unit (AC) that kept the game room a perfect cool temperature where we spent a few hours playing pool over our week there. While we did not make use of the costumes or toys, that was indeed a nice touch and I am sure would be great for the younger kids. The neighborhood was in a nice location (relative to restaurants and stores), large, clean, and good sidewalks on both sides of the streets. For those that like to take walks or jog, you can spend two hours and never have to touch the same sidewalk (big subdivision). Overall the house was perfect, allowing for everyone to have their own space (with TVs) when needed but was accommodating for the family of 8 was all together (breakfast, a couple dinners). Keven, the property owner, was super responsive and helpful in the one or two questions we had.

It was amazing!! We have stayed in multiple places over the years with our family, and I can honestly say this is one of the best! Easy to communicate with and trust me, they have thought of everything! It’s fully loaded and prepared to welcome a large family like ours. Extra toilet paper and trash bags, you would think would be on everyone’s list, but it’s not. This place….they got you covered, highly recommend!!

The property is located in a beautiful golf community that is very quiet and has amazing views. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home and the host did an amazing job with having each part of the house themed in various Disney series. The game room was so much fun and such a great place for kids to play in, the upstairs bunk bed room was also such fun for the kids and they loved having so many outfits and toys and games to play with. The living room was filled with games and activities to have wonderful family nights and the house was so clean and had so many items on hand in the event you forget something on your travel. The pool was amazing and the jacuzzi was very nice to enjoy. Overall it was such an amazing stay for a big family, with so many things to do in the house for all ages. 10/10 and would definitelyBe going back in the future!

This was the perfect home for 10 days! We stayed equal days in as going out. Communication with the owners was great. There were plenty of dishes to cook with and cups and plates. The kids loved everything that was in the house. My son asked if we took a video cause he’s going to cry about this place. There was just so many accommodations from trash bags, dishwasher pods to lots beach towel coolers beach umbrella and chairs. We didn’t use them but were shocked. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We love the Sunshine State and wanted to be able to share that with our extended families. As our family grew, travelling continued to be an important part of our story. We know the memories we make will last forever and we wanted to create a memorable home base for our travels from Minnesota. Upon Kevin's return from his second deployment oversees with the MN Army National Guard, we bought our Disney Home. We hope that you will enjoy this magical place as much as we have. We knew we wanted a space that would be able to accommodate our family and friends alike. Our time in Minnesota is filled with school schedules and nurses schedule and drill weekend responsibilities. Our home in Florida is filled with joy and magic and warmth. We hope that you will find yourself surrounded by all of these things as well and ​create memories that will last a lifetime.

We fell in love with this property at first sight. We were equally impressed with the layout and lanai, pool, and landscaping. We have added our personal touches to make it sparkle! We continue to make improvements and updates on a regular basis to keep this home clean, functional, and fun for the whole Family!

Just pack your clothes and you are ready to go. This house is fully stocked with all you will need to cook a family dinner, while the kids are immersed in toys and dress up. They just may not want to leave! Create forever memories! We consistently have guests say that the kids like the house as much as the parks! And the house has beds for nap time! ;)
We are quick to respond to any questions, comments, or concerns, and will do our best to provide a 5 star stay!
