The first-floor master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation. A convenient half bathroom is located off the kitchen for easy access. Stay entertained with smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and upstairs common area.

Step outside to enjoy our beautifully designed backyard. Relax on the patio, or unwind under the pergola in the hot tub. This outdoor space is perfect for creating memorable moments with your group.

At Sixgen Rentals, we are pet-friendly and welcome up to two dogs under 75lbs for a $100 pet fee. Please refer to the house rules for additional pet requirements.

The Space:
As you enter the front door, you will step into an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen, perfect for spending time with family and friends. The master bedroom is also conveniently located on the first floor, just steps away from the kitchen. A half bathroom is also located on the first floor for your convenience.

Upstairs, you will find 3 additional private bedrooms, as well as a common area that has been converted to a sleeping area with 2 comfortable queen beds. This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Outside, you'll discover a charming patio area with comfortable seating and a grill for outdoor dining. The backyard is fenced on three sides, offering a safe and private space for you and your guests to relax. We've also added a gas fire pit, a pergola with lights, and a brand new 6-person jacuzzi hot tub that is professionally cleaned after each guest.

March Madness in Lexington

We had a wonderful boys trip to Lexington to watch the first round of the NCAA Basketball tournament. The house couldn't have been better. So close to Rupp Arena, UK Campus and really everything else. The hot tub was a hit. Comfortable beds, clean house, quiet neighborhood, easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend staying hear.

Seth was very helpful and was available whenever I needed him. He gave great recommendations on local places to eat. The house was great and very clean. The house was in a cute little neighborhood close to all the restaurants, downtown, the college & airport!

Long Weekend in Lexington

The home is exactly as pictured. Very spacious and can accommodate a large group. The furnishings we’re comfortable and everything seemed fairly new. We had everything we needed and check in / check out was easy.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the home. Seth was a super person to deal with - the pre-stay communication was very helpful and the app was fantastic for all the essential home information. The home itself is very well appointed and we appreciated the little things like coffee pods and bathroom supplies. The neighbourhood is lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Cute Neighborhood!

We came for our bi-annual Keeneland trip. The house was in a quaint little neighborhood. We went out walking and loved seeing all the fun Halloween decorations the neighbors had. The house was very clean and in a convenient location - we were just minutes from Keeneland, campus and restaurants.

Keeneland weekend

Great space for a relaxing weekend in Lexington. We had 5 couples come to visit our UK student and spend the day at Keeneland The house is a perfect layout for hanging with friends. Only surprise was the 5th bedroom was a walk through with 2 queen beds

Wedding Weekend

Family from 26 to 86 years old met for my daughters wedding in Lexington The house was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with host was prompt and always helpful. The home was open plenty of seating , nicely furnished with marvelous beds throughout. Parking for 6 cars a plus. Highly recommend it and thank you for sharing

Pleasant and Cozy

My daughters and I enjoyed very much the home. Needed some time away from Texas. Seth was very rapid in helping us with access and a small issue of bugs. I'm not a bug person so I tend to dislike them. I do regret the home not having any condiments at least (salt and pepper) We had to buy them. I love to cook so that was a down for me but maybe not all AIrBNB provide them. I did end up leaving several things because I could not bring them back with me. The other thing we dislike was that we did not have privacy at night time. The front window of the home has no blinds or curtains. I would suggest having them. It helps us have that private time away from neighbors and cars passing by. I'm also a ready but couldn't have my coffee time outside as seen on the back patio. The furniture was very dirty. But I can honestly say, the home was very beautiful and well maintain inside. Seth was quick in responding when I reached out. Would I use it again? Yes I would, I would just suggest the curtains as plus. Planning a future trip but with more of my family so I can show them around. Kentucky is beautiful. Thanks Seth for all.

Great Stay and was close to where we needed.

We enjoyed the Hot Tub before and after my girls had competition Cheer Nationals during our stay. We enjoyed the fir pit outside. The only thing was the Ping pong table is on order so we didn't get to enjoy that. The communication was great the house was clean and super comfortable. Would definitely rent the house again if we ever have to stay in Lexington again.

Lovely home in quaint neighborhood very central to all things “Lexington”. Our host was very communicative in getting us oriented and also offering wonderful suggestions of things to do and places to eat and enjoy the area. The home is well decorated with beautiful appointments and luxury bedding. Would certainly book again when the need arises!
