The detached holiday home, built in 2010, is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Balatonszárszó. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home is located in the area of the free beach. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the free beach. The dog can only stay in the house or on the enclosed terrace without a leash. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.


Special
Air conditioning. A pellet stove is available on cool days. The costs depend on the current price of pellets. Cot. TV reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.


Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

The entrance to your holiday home is at ground level and leads directly from the 12 sqm terrace into the living room.
Ground floor: Living room with sitting area, TV and access to the terrace (20 sqm). Kitchenette with electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, and window. Separate WC with WC.
Upper floor: Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on a double pull-out couch. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
