3-bedroom, 2-bath top floor corner unit with panoramic direct ocean views in the oceanfront Spanish Main condominiums. This bright & modern condo has all the amenities and comforts of home for your stay on Florida’s Space Coast. Fully furnished with linens, towels, and kitchenware; sleeps six (6). The main suite has a king-sized bed, an on-suite bath with a step-in shower, a flat-screen TV with basic cable, gorgeous ocean views, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two (2) twin beds and is located near the hall bath that has a shower/tub combo. The kitchen has full-sized appliances (fridge with ice-maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher), coffee pot, granite counters, and a breakfast bar with additional seating, and the dining table which seats four (4) is just outside the kitchen. The living room opens onto the balcony which has outside seating and a table. In the living room, there is a couch & a love seat, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with basic cable. This unit has a full-size washer & dryer in-unit. Free Wifi & free off-street parking on-site.

Spanish Main is an oceanfront community with a pool, barbecue area, and private beach access. There is plenty of off-street open parking available at the complex, with overflow parking in the grassy area out front. Parking passes are required. Centrally located in Cocoa Beach within walking distance to local shopping, dining, and services, and close to Publix grocery & pharmacy, Port Canaveral, Westgate’s Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, and more! Just minutes to Downtown Cocoa Beach, Historic Cocoa Village, Patrick AFB, Kennedy Space Center, and Melbourne. About 40 minutes to Orlando area and attractions.

Great Location on the Beach
Spanish Main is a great location on a less busy part of the beach and not so nice that the kids can't enjoy coming and going from sand and pool to the condo. The mix of resident owners and short term vrbo tenants works well with a few rules and lots of friendliness. We were happy to have brought our own internet access and it was worth our effort to do our own cleaning and buy soap and TP since we were staying a week.

Girls Vacation
We are 4 ladies, 60 plus yrs. that stayed in this condo. We celebrated our latest life events there. The location and views of the ocean are fantastic! It is on the 4th floor and our elevator was not working, a bit of a problem at times. The pool is big and very nice! It could use a few more umbrellas there. The condo has a musty smell that needs attention. The condo has a garage that was great for parking our rental car. Overall it was a great girls trip and I would stay there again! There’s a wonderful restaurant nearby, 4th Street Filling Station. Fantastic breakfast!

There were both pros and cons to this condo unit for those looking to rent it Pros: - Great location right on the beach, close to things to do but not right in the middle of everything - Condo was well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs and toys, and most everything you would need for your stay - Pool was very nice and clean - Quiet location, was worried with proximity to everyone else but we never heard from anyone all week - Balconies are both facing the beach and have a great view of the ocean - Bedrooms were hot with the weather, but there were fans supplied in every room Cons: - Beds werent great. Twin beds our kids slept on were cheap and rickety. One asked to sleep on the couch so he didn't have to go in that bed any more - Two of the bedrooms did not have televisions, a small inconvenience but definitely a con for our family - Musty smell throughout the Condo which is probably common for a place where people bring wet clothes and towels into all the time, but we went and bought air freshners for every room - Parking was a mess. We parked in an unmowed field all week, never got an actual parking spot - This Condo is on the 4th floor, so do note that you are carrying everything up 3 flights of stairs - Balcony doors were difficult to get open and shut - Pool shuts down at dusk. This is totally out of the control of the condo (it is due to the sea turtles nesting) but none the less was a negative for us I wouldn't tell someone not to rent this condo. It's fine and has many things most would be looking for in a condo and most of our issues are preference. But if we went back to Cocoa Beach, we'd find another location for ourselves.
