A charming, fully renovated holiday home set on a large plot by the Fylleån. You can fish for pike, perch and salmon trout in the river. Fishing is permitted along the boundary of the property. Fly fishing offers the best chance of a good catch. The water level can vary during the summer months. On the four lovely outdoor terraces, you’ll enjoy complete peace and quiet, whilst also taking in a beautiful view of the river. Underfloor heating in the bathroom ensures a pleasant level of comfort, and from the glazed conservatory you can look out into the open air at any time of day. There are several golf courses within a 10 km radius. Halmstad beach is 11 km away. Beautiful natural surroundings with walking trails in Skedalskogen forest; the nearby Lake Toftasjön is home to game fish. Cycling and walking trails lead to Simlångsdalen. From the fishing village of Torekov, you can take a boat to the Hallandsväderö nature reserve.
