Newly Renovated Mid-Century Getaway with Pool
Along historical McGregor Boulevard, known for the palm trees that Thomas Edison planted you will find this small but quaint home that offers a safe & friendly neighborhood. Within walking distance of a golf course and multiple local restaurants you can Rent bikes & cruise through the historic area or even to downtown only a ten minute bike ride away. This home was built in 1952 in midcentury modern architecture and was just flipped in 2019 with a completely upgraded renovation and landscaping.
The space
This space is 1400 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and all new appliances. The style of this home is bright and welcoming with an open floor concept and a great back patio for enjoying your stay in sunny Florida. There is ample seating outside with a swinging bench, lounge chairs and a beautiful pool. We even have a hammock in our coconut palms for ultimate relaxation! Our outdoor space is truly an extended part of our home and it’s very own tropical paradise.
