Stunning home in Rosolini SR
This characteristic stone house with pool is located about 4 km from Rosolini, in a very interesting part of Sicily. Ideal starting point to visit the beautiful cities of Noto (14 km) with its beautiful old town, Modica (18 km), famous for its typical chocolate, Scicli (23 km) and Syracuse (40 km), famous baroque cities. To the beaches of Pozzallo it is about 17 km and to the nature reserve Vendicari about 20 km. The house is simply furnished in rustic style and has stone floors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and independent entrance from the outside. In two bedrooms there is a sleeping place in an open gallery. The kitchen is located in a separate building a few meters away. The owner occasionally uses a room with independent entrance.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.00 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
