DETAILS:  
Perdido Towers offers upscale beach accommodations sitting right on the sand of Perdido Key. This three-bedroom condo offers space for up to six guests comfortably and the large open floor plan will allow everyone in the group to spend time together.

The large beachfront balcony is easily accessible from the living room and you’ll never be more than a few steps from stunning beach views. You’ll enjoy the comforts of home during your vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware and dishware. The living room and each of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs so whether you are looking to enjoy a movie night together or relax with your favorite shows for the evening, you’ll be set! Perdido Towers offers multiple resort amenities to enhance your vacation including a community pool and tennis courts.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 6): This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to each check-in.

While Southern provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Great location and clean but under construction

The location of the condo is perfect on the beach and has plenty of parking. The issues I had were the following: The master bedroom is listed as having a king-sized bed but it was really a queen. Also, when we were there, the pool was closed and my balcony was closed due to construction. This was particularly problematic since half the time we were there it was red flags for the beach. On a positive note, there were plenty of towels but there was no laundry pellet, and we ran out of toilet paper (there was one in each bathroom and no extra). So overall good with a couple of hiccups.

This condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and had great views of the Gulf and the Bay area. Not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is exactly as it’s shown in the pictures. Great layout, very spacious and comfortable with a light and airy atmosphere. Not an overcrowded complex, so that was very nice. The pool is large and clean. The walkway leading to the beach is in great condition with 4 hoses and 2 showers to clean off. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Overall Fabulous!

This condo has glorious views of both the ocean and sunset. The guest bathroom shower was a little wonky, and could use some updating. Couldn't figure out the tv, but who really needs a tv with those kind of views :) The one thing I would for sure add is a Keurig. We missed ours dearly, and it took us some time to relearn how to use an old-fashion coffee maker. It is a bit confusing to figure out the layout and entrance, but that was quickly overcome. Overall, a wonderful trip.

Awesome condo!

We came for a long 4 day weekend and didn’t want to leave. This condo was very spacious with beautiful views, great location, great air conditioning, comfortable beds, and awesome kitchen and dining area. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave!!

Great Rental except check out time

I would have given all 5 stars. It's a great property, but requires a 9am checkout. Who wants to get up and leave so early on your last day. :-(

My stay at 604 perdido tower

AC did not cool at all in master. Fruge and freezer has constant smell of shrimp As far as blender it was the worst. Sorry but this u it did not impress me. Not for the money I spent.

Hurricane Ida ruined the beach trip but the condo was nice. The only thing I wish was listed on property is the fact that canopies and cabana type tents are not allowed on the beach here. Only umbrellas are allowed.
