This ground floor, garden view condo is perfectly located in the lush and peaceful Mauna Lani Golf Villas. Walk across the manicured lawn to the gated tropical pool for a dip or hot tub. Forgot your cocktail? No problem, you are just steps away from your lanai! Next to the pool is a well-equipped work out room with stationary bikes, treadmill, free weights and a weight machine.

This 1100 square foot, one level condo is perfect for two couples or families, with some privacy separation between the two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a King bed with hotel quality linens, TV, walk in closet and an en suite bathroom with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with the same crisp linens, a TV and is steps away from the second four piece bathroom.

The kitchen is large for a condo and open to both the living and dining rooms, inviting people to cook together or enjoy visiting while someone else cooks! From blenders to rice cookers, this kitchen has everything you would need to make delicious on Island meals. The private lanai is equipped with your personal BBQ and is a perfect space to dine while you enjoy the green tranquility of the garden setting. The living room TV / console has been upgraded to a 65 Smart TV (not shown in photos).

Two private parking spaces allow for easy parking. This condo is a member of the exclusive Mauna Lani association and renters enjoy key card access to the "owner's beach" about a mile away. This beach has world class snorkeling as well as free cabanas and lounge chairs for use. The Napua open air restaurant sits adjacent to the beach, where you can walk up for a "to go" beach cocktail or stop in for lunch or dinner. Also within walking distance are the Shops at Mauna Lani with groceries, restaurants, coffee shops and local stores. This condo will help you to make lasting Aloha memories and having you making plans to return.

Slice of paradise

My family had a lovely stay at this condo. Close to beaches, shops and aloha mixed plate. Also good launching pad for other adventures like ziplining, snorkeling and kayaking. Clean and modern with a nice pool and great beds. Mahalo!

Nice vacation property

Nice vacation home. Comfortable. Good communication with management company, it has the best location to pool and we enjoyed having the green space off lanai. Would stay here again.

Fantastic property well located near the Fairmont Orchid. Pool and gym are well kept. Community was quiet. Would stay here again.

Post Thanksgiving Big Island Trip

Clean and well maintained property very close to pool and gym. Really enjoyed beach club and access to the Black Sand Beach #49. Best “stocked” place we’ve ever stayed with hate, chairs, snorkeling gear, fins, 2 sets of golf clubs, coolers and much more. Made the trip easy with no need to buy or rent beach items. Would like to discuss 2 month rental with owner for 2025 Feb-March. Mahali!

Beautiful condo, peaceful

Super clean condo! Nicely decorated. A/C worked great, lovely patio with a ceiling fan. The grounds were so beautiful and it was so peaceful. Close to the pool area too. We definitely will be back.
