Fully renovated house in the heart of Tampa. Still having all the charm of a hundred year old bungalow, yet all details are brand new and tastefully updated. The house is completely fence in with large yard and beautiful landscapes.

This house is conveniently located near all major attractions of Tampa. 5 miles to Busch Gardens. Less than 3 miles to the famous Ybor City. 10 minutes drive to downtown Tampa. Less than 15 minutes drive to both Amalie Arena and Raymond James Stadium.

Don't pass on this property. Looks are deceiving.

Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. Don’t let the location be of concern. Amazing property in an urban historic neighborhood. These 4 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bath in an equal location. Great value. The walls are quite thin, I could pretty much hear everything going around me. The main bedroom window is located on the street side, which is very busy (noisy). Positives: private parking, backyard, kitchen, rooms, Walmart less than a mile away, and friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay.

In the oldest and poorest area of Tampa.

If you needed a pawn shop this is where you would want to go. It is a very seedy neighborhood. The only good time was spending time with my sisters. I would not return.

Awesome weekend

Owner was super helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early since we were coming off of our cruise. The home was very clean and exactly as described. Our only suggestion is to add additional tvs and wall outlets to the rooms. 1 TV for a 4 bedroom house.
