The pool was awesome. Host was responsive when we contacted him about heating the pool. Conveniently located a short drive to the beach, Busch gardens, the aquarium and the zoo. Definitely will be back

Check in process was simple. Host replies to messages quickly. Extra charge applies to heating the pool, gas for the grill Is not available. Ice maker Did not work. Master bathroom door did not close all the way. You will be asked to wash the dishes you use and to wash the towels you use. You will also be asked to take out the trash. Home is very dated but overall it was an okay stay.

Pool heating is $25, and we do not provide propane. That is correct, its also in the listing as well. We ask guests to put dishes in dishwasher and start the wash cycle for towels. Taking out trash is standard.

A great vacation stay cozy for a family or friend trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we plan another Tampa trip, I'd definitely rent the property again in the future.

"Our family (including kids and grandkids) stayed here, and while there were some positives, the property did not live up to its 'luxury' description.On the positive side, the pool was great and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Additionally, the host responded quickly to our questions during our stay.However, we were very disappointed in the overall condition of the home given the price point. Aside from the pool, there was nothing luxurious about the property. The furnishings felt cheap, the kitchen was poorly appointed, and the appliances were dated. We encountered several maintenance issues, including broken mini-blinds, missing and broken doors, dirty floors in the pool area, and blue tape on the floor transitions. The curled area rugs were a constant trip hazard for both the kids and grandkids. Furthermore, the listing advertised a gas grill, but propane was not provided—a detail buried deep in the house rules rather than clearly stated.When I reached out to the host to express our disappointment regarding the cost versus the state of the house, his response consisted of excuses rather than an apology, stating that most of our money went to cleaners, taxes, and fees. Because of the lack of care for the property and the host's dismissive response, I cannot recommend this property."

It was a okay stay at the house, house was a little dated and not much in it. The garbage was over flowing and had to be taken to the road, that was different. Owner seemed nice and responded.

The house is nice and worked for our stay.There are chairs missing from the table in the kitchen, so we were unable to all sit together. Also, not much in the way of usable items in the kitchen so we had to purchase cups for our drinks.The door to one of the bathrooms was very awkward and difficult to use.Overall, it's in a good location and a good, safe neighborhood. It is conveniently located only a half hour from USF, Busch Gardens, etc.
