Very nice residential neighborhood location. Pool was smaller than expected and the total number of beds is really 7 if including the pullout couch downstairs.

Ryan is the kind of host who truly sets the gold standard. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, the house was absolutely spotless and he followed up during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests.The space itself is incredible, luxurious, full of cool gadgets, unique touches, and charming flair throughout. Very spacious house. This is actually the first rental I’ve stayed at that felt like a home. Everything else feels so staged but this felt like I was visiting family. The backyard is very fun to hang out in and don’t forget to utilize the entertainment room!!

We came to Tampa for 2 days and this was a great place to stay with the family. The place is clean and fresh and the pool was crystal clear. Ryan, the owner, was very easy to reach and was very accommodating. The pool table and giant projector screen made it extra fun!

One of the bedroom sheets had hair left behind from a previous guest. The living room sofa was noticeably dirty, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. The refrigerator also had residue from prior guests. Additionally, the Master room bathtub jets were not functioning. The hot tub was ok, but it lacked lighting for nighttime relaxation. I have reviewed and stayed at many VRBOs, and this experience was not worth the price.

Had these issues been brought to our attention at the time, we would have addressed them immediately. Cleanliness and guest experience are extremely important to us, and we will be reviewing the concerns mentioned with our cleaning and maintenance teams. Regarding the pool temperature we always keep it between 80-83 degrees We would have gladly sent someone out right away to inspect and correct any issues if notified during your stay.
