We visited Nashville to see our daughter at Vanderbilt. The property was next door and was a great house. Very clean, nice rooms and the bathrooms were great. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great location and beautful property. There was confusion about others staying at the properties behind the Chester which raised concerns about entering the Chester peroperty and using the parking spaces; however, the host was very responsive and helped resolve the issues.

Ron and Susan are absolutely wonderful hosts who keep a very well maintained property. If I had any question, I received a response in minutes! The Chester is absolutely beautiful, and it is the perfect size for a large family or large group of friends. It is one of the most perfect locations to stay in Nashville! Everything you might possibly need is within minutes by Uber or Lyft if you do not have a vehicle. There is ample parking on-site if you do have a vehicle as well.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Music Row! The property was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Nashville. Communication with the host was excellent, check-in was seamless, and the space had everything we needed for our family. Walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Booked this house for a weekend stay with friends. The host was very friendly and easy to work with, Very responsive, and quick to offer suggestions on nearby grocery stores and attractions. We had the best time celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday at The Chester in Nashville! The home was exactly as described, full of historic charm, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect, and close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling comfortable and welcoming.Susan was a wonderful host, kind, responsive, and always available when we had questions. She made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.Our family and friends had an amazing weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
