While we are right near the edge of the Lawrence campus, you don't need to worry about college night life. Lawrence is a well respected, well behaved group of fine young adults who typically roll up the sidewalks around 10pm. Our neighborhood is full of historic character homes, and there are several great parks within walking distance. You'll love it here!

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking in the driveway if you have a vehicle.

Better than any Hotel
My son, brother in law, son in law and myself stayed here in order to go to the Packer game in Green Bay this location was perfect for the occasion. We had a great time and would stay here again. The only down side was the heat could have been a bit higher for my warm weather family members but they lived.

Perfect Weekend Stay
Adorable house! Close to downtown for restaurants, coffee, museums, and shops. We stayed for a weekend soccer tournament at USA Youth Sports Complex and it was less than 10 minutes to the fields. Cutest house! Equipped with everything you need. Perfect location!

Great trip to Appleton!
Nice , clean , comfortable, well equipped property. Short drive to downtown. Lots to do in town with a ton of sports bars and restaurants.. 1/2 hour ride to Lambeau Field. Very convenient location.
