Located in the heart of downtown in a historic neighborhood. This property is super close to Lawrence University, the PAC, 30 minutes from Green Bay (Lambeau Field), 20 minutes away from Oshkosh (EAA, Country USA).

You can walk down and explore the riverfront, head east to see the big homes along the river, or cross the bridge for a great cup of coffee at Tempest Coffee Collective.

Uber and Lyft are available. The house is located so close to downtown and Lawrence you can walk there in less than 5 minutes. The nearby area is easy to navigate on foot or by bike as well.

The spacious driveway has off-street parking for 4 vehicles. Appleton is an easy city to navigate by car.

A home away from home

VERY clean & spacious home with stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Check in was a breeze & owner is pleasant. Liked that the home wasn't decorated with fragile items and had toys & books for kids. Was able to do laundry on site which is always appreciated when you have children. Check out was simple and required little time or effort. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint and roomy

This adorable house has been upgraded in the bathrooms and kitchen, it’s blocks away from College Avenue, and was able to comfortably fit my family of 4+ my parents. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend this house.

I am born and raised in Wisconsin and own homes in Appleton and Madison. I've lived in both cities for more than 15 years and each of them have their own unique restaurants and local spots to discover.

Character homes have a special place in my heart. This property has beautiful woodwork throughout the home including gorgeous built-in cabinets in the dining room and a window seat. The sun room is the perfect place to relax. This property is also in the perfect location - it's within walking distance to downtown Appleton and Lawrence University and centrally located with Appleton/Fox Cities.
