Lovely 2 bedroom rental unit in Historic District!

Cute and spacious two bedroom (2 story) unit in a tri-plex near downtown Appleton in historic park district - Newly renovated including paint, flooring and an updated kitchen. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Queen bed in main bedroom. Second bedroom currently not furnished but we will furnish as a bedroom or office as requested.

Fully furnished unit with all the comforts of home! Utilities, wifi and off-street parking included.

Near hospitals, Lawrence university and Downtown District!

Shared parking area. Access information will be given after booking and prior to arrival.

Minimum 30 day stay, monthly price is $1650, required to complete an application and sign a rental agreement.
$250 non-refundable pet fee for authorized pets.
Parking only in designated space, not to block other tenants.
No Smoking or Vaping permitted.
Municipal trash/recycling guidelines must be followed.

We had a great holiday stay! The home fit our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive to any questions. The location was great! They had the essentials to feel at home and with being away from home for Christmas, we appreciated the cute holiday decorations! We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great for us because it was a 5 minute walk to Lawrence University. The neighborhood was beautiful. The only problem we had was that there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom and the shower was challenging.

It was a great place to stay for Lawrence U graduation. We could walk to/from the school. Coffee shops nearby. Easy parking.

Ii was very impressed with everything we received for the price. Property was just as advertised and equipped with everything we needed and requested. Family Style Getaway

I absolutely loved this quaint, little getaway in my hometown. It was cozy for us as a family. It was easy to access and the hosts were great at communication. The only thing that I would change is that we did not have personal control over the heat, but it was not enough to dissuade me from five stars.

AMAZING Experience!!

My 4 girlfriends and I came up from SC to visit our friends for the week. The location of this air bnb could not have been better! I went for multiple walks a day bc of the BEAUTIFUL neighborhood. Downtown is so close and an easy/safe walk even at night. The price was sooooo perfect. Thank you so much Tony! When we come back up, I want to stay here.
