Quaint stone house in quiet hillside location, surrounded by vast forests. Rustic furnishings. In front of the kitchen-living room with open fireplace is a romantic sitting area with barbecue and pizza oven. A little bit below on the property the installed pool invites to refreshment. All around only forests - here you are really all to yourself: ideal for relaxing, hiking and browsing. As excursion destinations you can visit Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches (35 km), Arezzo (30 km), Montepulciano (45 km), Città di Castello (35 km), Castiglion Fiorentino with stores of all kinds, restaurants and colorful weekly market 18 km, Cortona 25 km. The access road (4.3 km) is not asphalted, partly bumpy, steep, winding and therefore suitable only for 4x4 vehicles. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
