Adagio

When we first got into the condo, the floors and carpet were not clean. We had to call the property mgt group to come sweep and vacuum. Also, the refrigerator did not work. There was an small, old, dented up white fridge in the dining room! I called the property mgt group and they said they were replacing it. That was on 7/15. They came and got the fridge on 7/21. We loved the area and the resort but was very disappointed in our condo, especially for $6,000.

refrigerator didn’t work the entire week stay. stained carpets. never fixed bathroom shower light. I will never rent a unit managed by Southern Vacation Properties again.

Master bedroom smelled like urine

Very nice condo. Lack of response from renter/management company until the day we left was unacceptable. They indicated they will change the carpet after we departed. The urine smell of the master bedroom was overwhelming.

Wonderful family vacation!

Our week at the beach was an especially hot week! Although the view of the beach and ocean were just gorgeous, we spent much of our time in the pool areas which were both very relaxing and spacious. We would highly recommend to anyone planning a family oriented getaway.
