Well equipped. Nice amenities. Only drawback was lack of storage for clothes. No closet and the only dressers were full of bedding etc.

We stayed here on a quick trip. The location is great, walkable to the beach and shopping areas. Unfortunately, the place seemed to not have been cleaned in a while, it was pretty dusty. We encountered several dust bunnies and some dead and alive cockroaches. The sofa bed needs some updating.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear there were cleaning issues during your stay — that’s never the experience we want for our guests. I really wish we had known while you were here, as we would have sent someone right away to make things right. We genuinely regret the inconvenience this caused and hope that, despite this, you were still able to enjoy your vacation and the beautiful beaches.

Very comfortable spot. Able to walk to Watercolor and the venues and restaurants/bars in Seaside. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have two bathrooms.

The only problem was that there is no closet to hang your clothes. Even some pegs or hooks or a little wardrobe would have been nice, with more drawer space. Also the facet in both bathrooms was missing the screen filter which made the water spew out all over the counter. Just little things that could be fixed. Other than that the place was great! Super cute and great location!

Fall get away

Great location, but sofa bed uncomfortable and the kitchen didn't have an ice maker.

Great location

Close proximity (across the street) to the west pool was great. Easy walk to the beach. The carriage house compact but very functional for our family of four. The only suggestion would be to add some hooks and hangers in the bedroom as there are no closets. Exclusive 30A was great to work with.

Thanks, Scott! We noticed the carriage house could use some hanging racks and are looking into finding a good spot for them (:

Nice Rental

This is a good property for two adults but is too small for more.Nicely decorated, clean, and with good access to the beach, pools and fitness center. The owner should make some tweaks to improve the experience. There is an iron, but no ironing board. Add a toaster.Add a cork screw.
