Great, comfortable place in a perfect location - walk to Central Square, walk to the beach, walk to Publix. The two bathrooms are a plus. Nice kitchen setup.

Perfect size for a family of 3

Private, clean, SAFE, and quiet Beach and pool on the corner and at the end of the street. Next time, we'll stay a few more day's.

Well equipped. Great neighborhood! Bathrooms needed to be cleaner- lots of hairs left over from previous guests. Otherwise- it was a wonderful spot.

We stayed here on a quick trip. The location is great, walkable to the beach and shopping areas. Unfortunately, the place seemed to not have been cleaned in a while, it was pretty dusty. We encountered several dust bunnies and some dead and alive cockroaches. The sofa bed needs some updating.

Very comfortable spot. Able to walk to Watercolor and the venues and restaurants/bars in Seaside. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have two bathrooms.

The only problem was that there is no closet to hang your clothes. Even some pegs or hooks or a little wardrobe would have been nice, with more drawer space. Also the facet in both bathrooms was missing the screen filter which made the water spew out all over the counter. Just little things that could be fixed. Other than that the place was great! Super cute and great location!

Great location

Close proximity (across the street) to the west pool was great. Easy walk to the beach. The carriage house compact but very functional for our family of four. The only suggestion would be to add some hooks and hangers in the bedroom as there are no closets. Exclusive 30A was great to work with.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a small hidden gem. Clean, fully functional kitchen, and relaxing. I would stay here again and again! Great location- maybe a 5 minute drive walk to the beach and to all the dining/shops. Convenient and comfortable!

Nice Rental

This is a good property for two adults but is too small for more.Nicely decorated,clean, and with good access to the beach,pools and fitness center. The owner should make some tweaks to improve the experience. There is an iron,but no ironing board. Add a toaster.Add a cork screw.
