Welcome to GrazSea – A Luxury Coastal Escape Relax and recharge in this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury home, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in comfort and style. Newly built and tastefully decorated with a light coastal ambiance, this two-story retreat offers an open-concept layout ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The main living area features cozy seating, a generous dining space, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, hand mixer, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Step outside to two inviting porches, each featuring oversized bed swings—perfect for afternoon lounging or evening relaxation.

*We are only able to accommodate wristbands for amenity access for the amount of people on your reservation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate last minute changes to the amount of wristbands. Changes must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

***Wristbands are required at all Watercolor amenities for guests ages 5 and older. Please note that our HOA requires a 48 hour notice to supply amenity bands for reservations. We are unable to obtain wristbands without a 48 hour notice during M-F business hours.

House Rules:
No Smoking, No Parties, No Pets unless prior approval up to maximum of 2 (Dogs Only)
Minimum renter age is 25.
Guest must sign Renter Agreement and Golf Cart/Bike Waivers, provide a valid & current copy of all guests' 18+ U.S. Driver's License, provide a valid & current copy of Auto Insurance for all guests 25+, and names/ages of all guests on reservation within 24 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled. Must be U.S. Citizen to book. Signer of agreements must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and valid U.S. Auto Insurance in their name.

Quiet Time is ENFORCED 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM

Security Deposit required of $350 and up to $500. Deposit to be processed by Host on guest's credit card unless already included during booking.

Additional Pet Fee required of $375.00-$450.00 per pet. Please specify if your pet is an ESA or SD. If you bring a pet you will be required to supply current pet vaccination records.

Amount of guests on reservation will be the amount of amenity wristbands you will receive for your stay. There will be no changes to the amount of wristbands - it is based on the amount of guests on the initial reservation.

CHECK-IN: You will receive an email 72 hours before check-in with check-in instructions. Our concierge will meet you on-site for check-in to complete a walk-through, and you will be required to complete the check-in form (please note that only the person whose name is on the reservation can complete the required check-in form). Our concierge will release the door code to the home upon your arrival. We will coordinate with you on the day of check-in for arrival times.
