Our charming and well-loved 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is nestled among the trees in one of the most sought-after locations on 30A! This reasonably priced, family friendly getaway offers a host of amazing features including pinewood floors, custom tile work, top of the line appliances, custom built-ins, a gas fireplace, two master suites (one up and one down), two additional bedrooms each with private baths, large closets with plenty of storage, and 12-foot ceilings upstairs. The first floor even features a quiet office space for catching up on emails or posting all those fabulous vacation photos! The gourmet kitchen and farm table dining areas are perfect for family gatherings and act as the centerpiece of this relaxed space. For your convenience, there is ample storage for groceries and a utility closet located in the hallway. Expansive first and second floor porches provide peaceful places to relax, and a partially covered side deck offers additional space for outdoor entertaining. There is even a unique rain chain to watch when tropical rains pass over and a gas grill outside. WaterColor is a unique, amenity rich environment with no shortage of leisure and recreational activities. In addition to the brilliant blue water and white sand at the beach, there are acres of parks with walking and biking trails throughout the community. Other amenities include the WaterColor Shops and Town Center, a state of the art fitness center, bicycle rentals (none included), an impressive tennis facility with five HarTru Hydro Courts (three lighted for evening play) and a full service pro shop. From fine to very casual dining, WaterColor and the surrounding communities along 30A have it all. The Watercolor Owners Association only allows up to 8 armbands for guests, no exceptions. Guests will have to register through the WOA portal prior to arrival after BBP enters them in the system. Children 4 years of age and under do not have to wear armbands. Per the WOA: lost bands are $50 each to replace.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
