HOME DETAILS: If you are looking for a classic Watercolor experience, look no further than "Beachwalk". This delightfully warm and welcoming home is a few yards away from Camp Watercolor and all the great amenities of the Camp District. Everyone will love being this close to one of five Watercolor community pools, Wood Fern Park, and newly renovated Camp Watercolor.

The home is decorated in the traditional Watercolor style, with warm and comfortable decor that is very inviting. The open concept main living area features a living room with plush seating, 65" SMART curved flat screen TV, and fun accent pieces. Adjacent to the living area is a dining area with seating for 6 around the table plus nearby breakfast bar seating for 4. A full kitchen completes the main space, and includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas range and oven and everything you may need for creating delicious meals. When you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, there is wonderful outdoor seating on the front and back porch area, including a dining table in the screened in back porch. Grill up some steaks on the outdoor gas grill located under the overhang of the back porch. Not even rain can stop you from enjoying the beautiful Watercolor landscapes.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Master Suite- King bed, with a private entrance to the back porch, TV and en suite bath including a walk in shower and pedestal sink
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, private en-suite bath with shower/tub combo
Second floor:
Bedroom 3: Master Suite- KING master suite, TV, private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo
Bedroom 4: Bunk suite with sleeping for up to 4 in TWIN bunks with full bath (shower only)
TWIN daybed on the second floor landing, not meant to be used as a sleeping space.

**2023 6 seater golf cart Included (a $200/day savings!). This requires an up-front REFUNDABLE deposit of $2000 to cover any incidental damages.**If the golf cart becomes unusable during your stay there will NOT be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion.** You must be 25+ yrs old to drive the golf cart. Liability waiver must be signed in advance of use.
