This is the perfect family vacation home. Located steps from the beach with public restrooms and picnic tables. This homes has everything you need to make those wonderful family memories. After a day at the beach, relax in the shaded private pool or have a family cookout on the pool deck.

Summer Breeze is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. You can comfortably sleep 18 people. Leave the cars in the driveway and walk to the nearby ice cream shop, bicycle rentals or have a paddle board delivered to you beach side. The many nearby restaurants feature nightly entertainment and great food, Goatfeathers, Local Catch and Shunk Gully to name a few.
Nearby, Gulf Place Town Center features clothing, beach and paddle board shops, weekly concerts, coffee shop, arcade and liquor stores as well. Get your essential at the nearby Walmart or Publix grocery stores.

There are bedrooms on all floors.

Therefore, we will always address issues directly with the booking party before making any claims against your deposit.

Perfect Family Digs

We loved the configuration of this house for our family! There was room for everyone to have privacy and plenty of room for us to be together. The pool was perfect as well. Love the fact that the house is well kept yet not so prissy as to worry about sand on the floor. The proximity to both beach and ice cream is a win-win!

Big house, great for friends and family!

overall, a wonderful experience. the house comfortably fit our large group. adequate kitchen (2 people at a time), adequate pool. early check in was very much appreciated!!! VERY easy beach access, 4 minute walk but you can see and smell it the whole way. no large roads to cross. our kids could do this on their own without any problem. easy checkout. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great Vacation!

This was a perfect property to stay in for my family and extended family! We had 13 people total and it was plenty of space for everyone. Great pool, great location, absolutely nothing to complain about. The check in process was super easy and all questions we had were answered very promptly and accurately. The kids all said this was their favorite vacation we've been on so we will definitely be back! We can't recommend this place enough!

Awesome getaway!

What a great place for a family getaway! This house had a great location, wonderful pool and great layout! The one problem we had was quickly fixed! Would definitely come back!
