"Bella Vita" at the beach is a beautiful spacious home just steps from the white sand. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a private community beach, no need to fight for a spot at 7am on the crowded public beaches. Family friendly beach equipment is at your disposal. Take the Tommy Bahama back pack beach chairs, load up the wagon with snack and drinks and take a hop, skip and jump to the beach entrance conveniently located at the end of the driveway and get ready to pop up the umbrella and relax. "Bella Vita" at the beach is a returning guest favorite because there is no boardwalk or flights of stairs to get to the ocean like most beach access points. This home offers a straight walk through the sand right to the waters edge. Not only is the beach proximity exceptional but it has 2 master suites and all 6 bedrooms have their own private attached bathroom, literally a vacationers dream!

"Bella Vita" features a Grand Porch offering endless sunsets, summer breezes and sunrises! It is spacious, bright, beachy and the perfect beach luxury vacation getaway for your family! A beautiful coastal decor offers tranquility and peace at the end of each day The great room is an open concept living room and dining area. The living room has a large flat screen smart tv, satellite cable, and wifi. Enjoy dinners in at the elegant dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen is freshly outfitted with stainless steel appliances and beautiful dark quartz countertops with a breakfast nook for additional seating. It is fully stocked with a toaster oven, crock pot, blender, Keurig Duo, glassware, dishes, flatware and pots and pans galore.

Just off the main living space are 4 spacious bedrooms suites. The 2 master suites have king beds, flat screen tvs with satellite cable, and their own private bathrooms. West of the foyer is a guest suite with two queen beds, a flat screen tv with satellite cable, and a private attached bathroom. East of the foyer is the kids guest suite with two twin over twin bunk bed sets (4 twin beds total) a flat screen tv with satellite cable, and a private attached bathroom with a bathtub if needed for the little ones. Off from the back deck is the carriage house with a queen bed perfect for a family member who desires a little extra privacy. Featuring an open concept floor plan, this room offers a sitting area with couch and chairs, a flat screen tv with satellite cable, a dining area with seating for 4, a kitchenette with a compact refrigerator and coffee maker. The attached bathroom was just remodeled with a custom tile shower. The lower level studio apartment has private exterior access and it features a brand new queen bed, new furniture, bistro set with seating for 2, a kitchenette with mini fridge, and an attached bathroom with a shower.

This includes Fort Panic beach access, Dune Allen Regional beach access, West Allen Loop beach access, and even Ed Walline regional beach access where you can walk across the street to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and grab a meal and drink to go and sit on the beach with fabulous food and a breathtaking view.
