Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Property was great and included lots of baby/ kid friendly additions such as dinnerware, books, etc. which was a hit with my two little boys. Lovely home and would recommend!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for 2 families β€” very close to the beach and stocked with everything we needed for a fun beach trip (eg, beach chairs & wagon, toys and books for kids). We could not recommend this house more!

The house was perfect for our annual beach vacation. The accomodations were perfect and the kitchen is very well supplied with all of the necessities. The couple of issues we had were handled right of way with the owner, Troy. He always got back in touch with me within minutes. It is located minutes from the beach access and the owner supplies many chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. I would highly recommend this home.

The house was everything we expected. any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly. Whenever we needed to contact the owner via text, we received a reply within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this home. Great location, beautiful pool, and plenty of basic necessities were supplied. We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you Troy.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay at Mermaids! It’s so close to the beach and close to Allis, Rosemary, and Seaside areas, but gives you a quiet oasis in between the busier areas.

Loved the pool. The crows nest was wonderful for morning coffee. Loved the upstairs bedroom. All bedrooms were very nice. House fit my family perfectly. Walk to the beach was easy and riding bikes to Alys was perfect.

Our stay at Mermaid was PERFECT!! The house is in a central location and Beach is right across the street. The house is fully stocked from kitchen to beach equipment and bikes. The owner are amazing. They helped us with our planning and the few things we did need while we were there were taken care of within minutes. I give this place and the owners a 100!!!

This was a beautiful home, property was well maintained. Our only disappointment was the heated pool wasn't working. So we never used it. The pool had been cleaned twice as scheduled. The bikes, we had to buy a tire pump as they were low. Troy responded quickly on any issues we had. He also allowed us to get in the home earlier in the day as our family was flying in. The home was walkable to the beach. Our family had a terrific time there.

Great place to stay

The house was as shown on the website with lots of space and clean. Communication with the owners was great and all needed info was provided efficiently. Very nice place and extremely close to the beach access. Will be staying here again in the future!
