Just steps to the beach and rare coastal dune lake, the home features a coveted reverse floor plan with the expansive living and kitchen area on the top floor, open to an abundance of natural sunlight.

This large, spacious 5 bedroom / 4.5 bath home is professionally decorated with high end furnishings in a classic coastal elegance design. The upstairs beckons with a bright, airy and open great room and full kitchen, perfect for dinner parties or family gatherings. Enjoy ocean breezes and the sounds of waves crashing on the sugar white sand from the large covered balcony located just off the great room and facing the sunset. After a day at the community’s private, secluded beach, take a refreshing dip in the home’s private, heated pool and hot tub!

The home sleeps 12 in beds with two master king bedrooms on the top floor with en suite bathrooms, two additional king bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom, and one bunk room on the first floor with en suite bathroom that sleeps four. Great location and amenities

We were three couples and kids and it was a perfect spot. Only reason it isn't five stars is we had AC and wifi issues. But the owners were very responsive.

Relaxing at Pelican Circle

We had all we needed and more during our stay! The open concept living/dining/kitchen was perfect for our extended family! The hot tub and bikes were an unexpected treat!! Thank you for helping our family become closer during our five day vacation!!

Fantastic!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything at the house was well thought out, and Ryan was readily available via text our whole stay. Amazing private access to the beach! Comfortable beds, quiet upscale neighborhood. Upon check in, there was one issue which was out of Ryan's control, but he made it right and we really appreciated his prompt communication with us. We will definitely be back again next year!

Great Location!

Stayed in early January with 6 adults and 2 children. House was large enough for us all to have our own space and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool which was warm enough even with the cooler temps during our stay! Host was easy to get ahold of and even checked in on us after a storm came through one night. Fantastic home with great beach access and would definitely stay at again!

Close to uncrowded beach

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is less than a five minute walk from the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded. The house was clean and we enjoyed the pool. Very accurate listing. Would stay here again.

Great pool deck and access to beach!

We had a variety of ages staying in the house total of 10 and it was enough room for everyone. Living area could have had more seating. Beds downstairs were not comfortable but upstairs were great. Amazing private beach access with very short walk. Beach was so great and not crowded. Great quiet little neighborhood. Overall a great stay.

Greatness Getaway

Location, property and amenities. In a great area that isn't packed with people but able to access the densly populated vacation hot spots. Walk, ride or drive. The property is great spacious and ample parking for multiple families to stay. 3 former collegiate and pro volleyballers who use to share hotel rooms on the road appreciated the ample living space. The pool and hot tub was on point even as the week we were there was a little chilly at times. The short walk to your own area of the beach is the best amenity.

Great House and Great Location

We had a great visit for our spring break. The house was fantastic and just as it was advertised. We spent everyday at the beach and most of the evenings spent in the house cooking or by the pool. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation. We brought our own beach chairs, but there were several already at the house, so if you are visiting this house, leave your beach chairs at home. I had to contact the owner during my stay and he was super responsive and super helpful. All around five star experience.

Exceeded our expectations

This was a perfect home for a friend vacation with two toddlers. Very close to the beach which we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The private path from the pool to the beach was very well kept and made for easy back for forth to the house. The house came with everything we needed. There was not any bathtubs for easy toddler cleaning but we managed fine, just a heads up for future families with littles! The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and everything was well kept on the property.

We would absolutely rent this home again!

*We’ve rented dozens of large vacation homes and Ryan is probably the most responsive owner we have ever worked with. *Beach access is SO close and convenient with shells, white sand, no crowds. The views from the beach access stairs are absolutely beautiful. *The location is excellent for all of our 30a favorite spots…less than 20 minutes drive to Seaside/Grayton and from Santa Rosa shops/restaurants areas. Only 5 minutes drive to Rosemary/Alys shops and restaurants. *All 5 bikes were sturdy and well maintained, easy 15 minute ride to Rosemary Beach shops, restaurants, and the Big Chill, on designated bike path all the way. *Heating/cooling system worked perfectly, upstairs and down. *Pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, temps for heating were perfect for Feb, making it comfortable to use in the 60 to 70° weather. The fenced in pool area is safe for kids and pets. *The beds were comfortable, all bedrooms had ceiling fans. Adequate closets and dresser drawers for a several weeks stay. *We purchased seafood and steaks from the Market on 30a several nights and the grill was in perfect working order. *The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cooking tools, beverage glasses, and some pool-area safe. *Furniture on both decks and around the pool was comfortable and in great shape. Living room furniture was high end and all TVs had streaming options and cable. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house and outdoors by the pool and on the decks.

Good location, but property needs lots of work

The pictures included with the property listing do not reflect the current condition as of 10/9/21. I have no doubt it looked nice at one time, but upkeep has been lacking for quite a while. There are serious safety concerns such as possible electrical issues where lights flicker when an appliance such as a hair dryer is plugged in and the pool lights flickering, which could indicate a possible electrocution hazard. Then there is the mold in the grout of the showers, the water damage and mold on several walls, and the fans/lights in the bedrooms interacting with each other (not fun when you finally get a toddler to sleep and the light snaps on because someone has turned on the light in a different room) to name a few other less serious issues. Also, the bikes advertised are rusted out and mildewed and the walkway to the beach is poorly maintained. This property is not up to standard and definitely not worth the rates charged We’ve rented various beach houses during Fall Break for the last few years and have never had anything other than mild inconveniences with other properties. Definitely nowhere near what we experienced with this property. We would not have booked here if we had known the state it was in. By the time we drove 8 hours and found what the property was actually like, we were kinda stuck. We would’ve immediately switched to another property, but there’s not many available in the midst of Fall Break that can handle 3 families. I notified the owners and provided pictures of all of the issues we experienced, though I did not get the impression they were taken seriously. I will note that the owners were responsive to my initial contact and refunded the cleaning fee. They also offered to send a cleaning crew over, but the issues were too major to be fixed quickly and neither solutions rectified the problems.

My family had a really nice stay at Ryan's place. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved the pool, hot tub and being a short walk from the private beach. It wasn't crowded at all and very easy to set up. Ryan was very communicative with me before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for a good week!

Pictures were a lot nicer than reality

The house seemed very rundown when we arrived. Lots of upkeep needed. Rusty fans, peeling paint, dirty patio furniture, broken doors, rusty bikes. I could go on and on but you get the picture. We won’t be booking this place again.

Amazing location!

We loved this house so much! Most places always say “close to the beach” but this house literally is as close as you can get without your house right on the beach…there is just one small slow street to cross and you’re there. There is plenty of space too for families or friend groups! We enjoyed the bikes going to popular tourist places, but the neighborhood itself is slow and less crowded, which we loved! Not to mention, there is a private pool and hot tub in your own private courtyard beside the house. Perfection.

Came with family and had plenty of room as described in listing. Contacted owner to see if the hot tub could be turned up. He responded and did so remotely. Downstairs was a bit cold. It was during the 50 year snowstorm?

Perfect family gathering spot on a beautiful beach

We LOVED our stay at this property. Four siblings and spouses from across the country reunited here for a lovely, relaxing visit. The location was wonderful. Short walk to the beach and easy drive or bike to good shopping and restaurants. The heated pool was fabulous, even on those cooler January days. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the open living space allowed us to hang out together or do our own thing. Especially appreciate the responsiveness of the owner's communication. We had a last minute snafu with my sister's dog sitter and she needed to bring the dog. When I asked they, responded within the hour. I paid the pet deposit and she hit the road and joined the fun. Thank you for sharing your beach house. We will happily return in the future.

Perfect Stay!

My family and I stayed for a week during Fall Break. We loved everything about this amazing property. Just steps away from the beach, great pool/hot tub, with plenty of outdoor area for dining and relaxing. Kids enjoyed having all the beach toys. Indoor furnishings are comfy, kitchen well equipped/stocked, everyone slept well on very nicely appointed beds. Only thing that we missed was a bathtub for smaller kids. We will definitely book another stay!

Fantastic place!

We enjoyed our stay very very much. The property was clean, stocked with plenty of utensils and supplies, and the layout of the property was fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and the ease of access to the beach as well. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Why they chose this property

We bought our home in this small gated community because of its lowest beach density on all of 30A -- which means it's never crowded on the beach and there's no such thing as rows of umbrellas. We love to relax here with family and enjoy the amazing outdoor pool and hot tub area (with outdoor tv). There is also a dune lake in our neighborhood that's fun to explore! We often walk or bike to Alys or Rosemary Beach for morning donuts and coffee with our girls and then spend the day on the beach and at the pool. We have already created so many wonderful memories in our handful of vacations down there.

What makes this property unique

We love that this house is in a quiet neighborhood with its own private, secluded beach, but still close enough to ride bikes to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and The Hub where we can enjoy wonderful restaurants and activities. This community truly is a wonderful find!
