awesome place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Lover everything was perfect for us and can’t wait for next year house was clean amenities was taken care of and ocean right across the street had a small water leak in kitchen and they had someone there to fix it within a couple hours thank you for making our vacation a memorable one

Location, location, location!!! Literally best location in the area. Walk to the beach in two minutes. Walk to the Carousel grocery. Beach was never crowded. Sit on the balcony and watch the waves. So close to PBC for dinner and close to 30A. We spent one day biking in 30A. Then you come back to Laguna to escape the crowd. We have friends stay in PCB who drove down to us each day because the beach was so much more peaceful. Warren Properties took excellent care of us! I cannot say enough positive things about them! I would definitely rent properties managed by Warren again! The property itself meets the needs. It could use a little love but it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable for us so we slept in another room. But the kitchen is perfect and had just about all we needed. There is an elevator if you are worried about moving from floor to floor. Laguna is old Florida. Nothing fancy! Just easy going, quite beach time! Thank you Warren Properties for taking care of us!

Great spot right across from the beach, easy access to restaurants and other entertainment. All the questions I had during the stay were promptly answered.

Sea Lover - Laguna Stay

Mitch and the staff at Warren Beach were top notch! We celebrated my daughters 30bday with family and friend in a cozy beautiful house close to the beach! Anytime I had a a question or request for a recommendation they responded right away! We are looking to book again at the same location and home! Thank Again Warren Beach Rental and staff!

Amazing family gathering!

Four families gathered to be together after a three years of funerals and cancer treatments. Seven grand kids and seven adults throughly enjoyed our easy beach access and close neighborhood amenities. The place was clean and well appointed with thoughtful little extras, (i.e. ice machine, elevator, kid games, etc.). Plenty of space on balconies and inside. Also, ample space to find some quiet time. Hosts were quick to respond to questions and any needs. Very courteous folks I might add. Everyone comment on how great the place was and its location in PCB.
