No walk over or beach access needed.

This beach house has a comfortable living area with wonderful views out to the beach. The front porch is perfect for sitting and looking out onto the beach also has an upstairs deck off of the master bedroom. This house is perfect for multiple families. Downstairs has living area, dining, kitchen, full bath and one bedroom with king bed. Upstairs has 5 bedrooms with multiple sleeping arrangements and 3 baths. There's an upstairs Master with a King, 2 bedrooms have a full bed with a set of bunks, 1 bedroom has a queen bed with a crib and the last has a full bed with a crib.

An absolute GEM. When the description says you are right on the beach, honey, you are right on the beach. Just steps away crystal clear blue water and white sand. It was perfect for my aging mama who can't do stairs easily. She was able to take some trips to the beachfront without issue!Beds were comfy, everything was well-stocked and we wanted for nothing. Great location (minutes from Rosemary Beach, if that's your thing but really, who would want to leave the inlet?)Just the cutest place on the beach!

Beautiful spot on beach

We loved the location and really cannot get closer to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive! My friends and family loved it and already want to book again for next year. My two suggestions on improving include more comfortable seating in the common area and a covered deck-it rained a lot and we were stuck inside when it rained.

We have rented this house which had amazing location and don’t think it could be any better. BUT the house is really poorly taken care of. From the moment we have entered it feels dirty, sand on floor and just didn’t look good at all. The sliding door is barely sliding, all towels were already gray from how much they have been used. Some towels had stains and some sheets with stains as well. Pretty disgusting must say! Duvets had no cover and really hope they are washed after every client. Many light bulbs didn’t work as well. Toilet was clogged that we had to ask for plunger. Sofas so dirty that you felt scared to sit on and put towels. The worst thing were the cockroaches which were constantly in the kitchen. This is really lack of care and just dirt!!! First day we found dead one in pantry (photo sent and was told it’s dead anlreasy) and they kept coming afterwards. Paying for this is a joke. Honestly it’s a shame but this was the cheap motel experience that I would never stay in. I only hope we don’t get any fungus or rashes from all of this. When the property manager’s wife came with plunger and said they will fix next day the bulbs. Guy came next day fixed one bulb and supposed to swipe the house again had no idea what to do … When I brought up all above issues was threatened that I broke the clogged toilet!!! My advise is NEVER rent this!!! This house needs to be closed for a while and clean, clean and clean and update what they can. Very neglected!!!

Absolutely amazing

The property is exactly as described, you absolutely cannot get closer to the beach. The house was incredibly comfortable and immaculate. The upstairs primary and balcony offered incredible views of the beach. I also cannot speak highly enough of the owner Damon. We somehow managed to lose a set of keys to one of our vehicles on the day of checkout. Damon was understanding and helpful! A godsend in a stressful situation. Beautiful property in a serene location!

This house is amazing!!! It's right on the beach, so you can just sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean! We have been renting this house for 24 years and it's our absolute favorite in the 30A area! The owners are super nice and easy to work with. All my friends that have come down throughout the years love this place!! I highly recommend it!

Another great week in Inlet Beach

We've rented this house quite a few times over the past 25 years and have accumulated many happy memories here. This week was pure relaxation. The house has been updated nicely and we liked the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up for us every morning. The casual, relaxed vibe of the house is still the same and the location is unbeatable. You truly "cannot get closer to the beach".

Great location on the beach, but please be advised although the rental is pet friendly, Inlet beach is not. Permits are available to homeowners and resident, not to renters. Spoke to a couple that said the permit number was provided by the owner. Not this one.

Inlet Beach is the perfect get away for families or multiple families. The property has a state park less than half a mile east with a large coastal dune lake that is accessible from the beach. Lots of beach that you do not share with many people. Quiet but not far from many activities such as shopping and dining.
