Rest and relaxation is the name of the game at the fully renovated Giant’s Rest! Located in the quiet, peaceful community of Inlet Beach, this coastal 3-story, 6-bedroom plus game room, 4-bath home is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. Beautiful gulf views and breathtaking sunsets can be enjoyed from the two outdoor decks, while the private heated pool beckons below. The house was completely renovated in 2025, including all new kitchen, bathrooms, paint, fans, window blinds and door shades, electrical outlets and switches and many upgraded furnishings.

The third floor offers the luxurious master bedroom and bath which opens up to a shared balcony with gorgeous ocean views and a wonderful ocean breeze. Catch the sunrise on the balcony or relax at night, soaking in the new standalone tub, to the sounds of the ocean waves. Features a 42” Smart TV, king bed, reading chair, ceiling fan, separate huge walk-in shower and standalone soaking tub. A second master bedroom and private bath shares the balcony and spectacular views and completes the top floor. Features a Smart TV, king bed, ceiling fan, and new walk-in shower.

The second floor offers the Living, Dining and Kitchen area as well as 2 bedrooms that sleep a total of 9. The Living area features a 60” Smart TV, pull out sofa, full renovated bath with new walk-in shower, large deck for outdoor dining and entertainment. Large family style dining area includes service for 24, a table for 10 plus additional seating allows for indoor seating up to 14. Beautiful fully renovated kitchen with gorgeous marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essential tools for a perfect vacation! Coffee bar area includes a new drink fridge. Down the hall, kids will enjoy the bunk room featuring two sets of bunk beds (one double, one twin) with twin trundle (sleeps up to 7), and Smart TV. The back bedroom consists of a king bed, Smart TV, and access to the outside deck. Full-size Washer & Dryer also located on this floor.

The first floor offers two bedrooms that sleep a total of 5. The kids’ bedroom features three twin beds. The cozy Queen bedroom allows access to the pool area and has a Smart TV. The first floor also hosts a game room that opens up to the pool, featuring a 42” Smart TV and all new furnishings, including a comfortable pull-out couch. It’s a great place to put the excited kids or rowdy teenagers for after-dinner entertainment!

Giant’s Rest has an outdoor area that is perfect to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. A renovated large back yard patio offers a private heated pool and lounging deck, gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Parking is perfect because the house features a two-car garage and space for 4 cars in the driveway. For a large group, there is a second full-size refrigerator located in the garage for all your refreshment needs.

Giant’s Rest is just steps away from the secluded beaches of Inlet Beach, a hidden treasure at the eastern end of Highway 30-A and immediately east of Rosemary Beach. Location was perfect - 5 min walk to a public access beach but there was no parking allowed there so it was not a crowded spot. Easy access to all the great stuff that 30A has to offer. House was perfect for 3 sets of parents and kids and 1 set of grandparents. Beautiful place with tons of space and the backyard pool, grill and cornhole were perfect for end of a Long Beach day.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Giant's Rest. We had 7 adults and 9 kids under the age of 13 and had no problem getting to the beach. The house was just as advertised and communication with the owner was so easy. We will return to Inlet in the future and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

A group of senior ladies on an annual reunion. The home was beautifully appointed and well equipped. The outdoor areas are especially nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great beach with plenty of room

We stayed here for a week for a family reunion and had people ages 4 to 78. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool. We did rent a golf cart for hauling stuff to the beach. We were glad we had it but it wasn’t necessary. The walk to the Beach is a short one. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property- Perfect Vacation!

This house was PERFECT for our 4 families, with 8 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of space to lose one another despite having so many people. The rooms were perfect, beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and we loved the neighborhood. The whole experience was flawless. Giant's Rest A Great Family Getaway Spot

We very much enjoyed our one week stay at Giant's Rest. The property is large and spacious. It very comfortably held our eight adults and one child (2 years). The house is in fine condition, and is located in a more private and quieter area (more private than the adjacent Rosemary Beach). It is close enough to the beach to be an easy walk. But it is still in the center of activity near 30A. We would return to this property for future trips of a similar nature. Fantastic! Thank you.

Lovely Inlet Beach stay

Giant’s Rest was exactly as advertised. The beach was about a 5 minute walk away and once there, there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The included chairs & umbrella rental were a great touch. There were 3 wagon carts and several chairs in the garage. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and the kids loved the pool. We took advantage of every space. We had very few issues and those were addressed during our stay. We appreciate Jennifer’s hospitality!

Great Stay & Great Management

Everything from the start was super easy. Simple to book and when it was close, received all information for check in. It was thorough and I everything was answered. Some of the biggest surprises was the second fridge in the garage and the availability of beach chairs. While there, management checked on us with text messages. No complaints about the house and everything was described accurately. Overall, great place and managers. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Great home and location!!!! This home was exactly as advertised plus more!! The host provided everything we needed!! Chairs, umbrellas for the beach and Rain, house home items!! And service was out of this world!! Had a small issues with the water heater and it was address with in the hour!!! This house was totally worth every dollars!!! You can’t go wrong with this house!! Amazing Stay

Our family group consisted of 7 kids and 5 adults. We had an amazing time at Inlet beach, with this house being a big part of the experience. While the pool wasn't huge, we never felt it was too small for the members of our group that wanted to take a dip. Their were 3 wagons that helped make the 5 minute walk to the beach easier to tote tons of chairs and toys; we also appreciated the complimentary, daily beach chair/umbrella service. Close to everything you'd want to be near: <5 minutes from Rosemary; ~20 minutes from either Seaside or Grayton. Incredible!

We were introduced to Inlet Beach when Bill started working across from the Navy base in Panama City Beach. As a retired Marine, he loved the easy access to the water and the rustic nature of Inlet Beach. While it has grown over the years, it is still a natural neighborhood that feels secluded. It is within easy access of Pier Park to the east or Destin to the west, but provides a feeling that you are a world away from the crowds.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the unique, rustic nature of Inlet Beach and its beautiful, pristine beaches. Giant's Rest provides all the comforts of home and plenty of room for guests and entertaining. We also love that this area allows for individual identity, from large homes to seaside cottages and everything in between.

What makes this property unique

Giant's Rest is named after my husband, Giant Bill, who is 6'8" and quite a presence, similar to the house itself. This is our beach home to enjoy with our family and friends and relax from the craziness of everyday life. We hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we do!
