Desirable Beachside private home with a large private pool and 4 minute walk to the beach. Large 4/5 bedroom with 2 king en-suites and newly renovated bathrooms (4 total bathroom). Bring your family, bring friends to your beach home with private swimming pool (heat available) and amazing 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. Just a 4 minute walk to the emerald green gulf waters and sugary white sand of Inlet Beach. Our home is 3 lots from the State Park, Camp Helen and a 4 minute walk to two beach access points one with stairs/boardwalk and one with no stairs.

Paradise Lookout Beach Home is located on a dead end street between Camp Helen and Rosemary Beach. The home is close to 30A restaurants, shopping and family activities. Paradise Lookout offers access to a nearly private beach, via a boardwalk with stairs or a 4 minute stroll (no stairs). The 2nd floor level, full length deck, offers a breath taking view of the Gulf while enjoying a morning Cup of Joe, or experiencing memorable sunsets over a bottle of Pinot Noir. New 3rd floor full length deck and 4th floor 16 ft by 16 ft roof top decks further enhance your outdoor space and amazing views of the gulf.

Everyone gets the best room!! This large 3 story home, boasts three King bedrooms (including 2 en-suite King bedrooms). This property is perfect for a multi-family, and/or multi-generational family getaway.

The welcoming 1st level has an en-suite Main King with private screened-in porch and full laundry. The main level, 2nd floor, features a fully equipped kitchen, offering granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a gulf view to enhance the ambience while you entertain family and friends. The dining table and counter top bar comfortably welcomes 12+. The deck also features additional sit down open air eating for 4 & more.

Relax and lounge in the spacious main level family room, leading to the full length furnished deck, overlooking the gulf, private pond and private swimming pool. This inviting gathering point includes a large comfortable sectional, and twin reclining chairs that surround a 60" HD smart flat screen television.

Two additional bedrooms and a full bath appear on the main level; one King Bedroom, and one Bunk Bedroom that will delight the hearts of families and children. The bunk room features a twin set of bunks, as well as a roomier full-size bunk set.

The 3rd floor offers a private Main King en-suite, with a large soaking tub and separate wet room spa-shower. The main suite displays a breath taking gulf overlook to share romantic sunsets from the tranquil sitting area or private full length deck. The 3rd floor also features a separate bonus /Flex loft (sleep sectional and bunk beds) and full guest bathroom.

New summer 2023, a 4th level sky deck to fully enjoy the Gulf views and sunsets.

Enjoy the amenities such as a private Heated pool* with wood deck, grill, lounge chairs, patio tables, hammock, and umbrellas. Also on property is an outside shower.

Great house in a great location!

The host was awesome and always available! The house is perfectly located with two easy beach access points to the left and right. The pool was super clean and a great addition! We had a great time!

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! Plenty of space for all 11 of us with a wonderful pool to hang out at a short walk to the beach. The provided grill was great and we used it multiple days. Numerous nights we hung out on the rooftop deck and enjoyed the sights and the breeze. It was truly a wonderful week!Mark

Perfect stay for our bachelorette weekend!

This house was amazing! We had 16 girls for a bachelorette and there was plenty of space. There are two beach accesses within a five minute walk so the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location that feels like home!

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy, which made everything stress-free. The home was clean and beautifully decorated - so cozy and welcoming! It was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need, so there's really no need to pack all the extras - just bring your clothes and personal items because the rest is already there (it has been very well thought out)! My daughter fell in love with the ice machine on the kitchen counter, so I ended up ordering one for her before we left! It is a very short walk to the beach with a choice between 2 access points. The private pool is great!! The community is quiet and friendly. The location of the house is perfect if you need to run out to the grocery store or Walmart and it's so close to Rosemary Beach for even more shopping! Lisa, the owner, was super responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for sharing your home!

Great week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house has a great layout for multiple families. The location to beach access was close. The beaches were not crowded. The owner was very responsive to any issues we had during our stay.

The perfect getaway

We just got back from our vacation and it was exactly what we were looking for. The house is tucked between two beach access entrances, both led to the beautiful sand beaches. Would recommend beach access two for families with littles ( we did rent a golf cart to help transport littles but there is no parking infront of the beach access- one of us would drop off and then park at the house and walk down- not necessary if you have older kids) This area was busy but not overly crowded like some of the other beaches on 30a. Lisa was wonderful to work with, she was very timely in answering our questions. The house was perfect for my family of 5 our friends family of 3 ( kids ages 7,4,2,2) we had plently of room and enjoyed the balconies and pool area! We cooked almost every night and used the grill! We enjoyed going to Rosemary for shopping and ice cream. We went to the local arcade and enjoyed a band playing in the lawn. Highly recommend.

Best Bachelorette Weekend!

I had the most amazing bachelorette trip in Rosemary Beach. So much of what made the trip great was the beautiful house and the amazing communication with the host, Lisa. She was so wonderful and helpful when any minor issues arose. The house was very well maintained and the perfect space to host a large group. We had 12 girls total and it was perfect! The two beach access points were very convenient and the drive into Barrett Square was very short and convenient as well. This property and the host’s communication really made all the difference in having an enjoyable and relaxing trip! I absolutely plan to return to Rosemary and would book this property again.

Beautiful House on the hill with a view!

Two destinations in one house

Loved the place - short walk to the beach, and a state park lake with great swimming right next door if the beach flags are double red. Easily slept 6 adults and 4 kids. Close to grocery, restaurants, etc.

Vacation Paradise

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The beach is a short walk from the property, and the pool is a great substitute when you don't want to pack for thee beach. Lisa was an amazing host that went above and beyond in answering any questions or concerns that I had. The location also has many close local restaurants, so I had a wide range of dining experiences. Overall, I would recommend this property to everyone looking to get away from their routine.

Beach Trip

We really loved our stay! The location is perfect for us. It’s so close to the beach. The house was a great size for our family, clean and lovely. It was so nice that there were lots of extra chairs and wagons and pool toys for guests. We also loved that there were two rooms with kings and attached bathrooms. That makes it so much easier when traveling with two families. Our host Lisa was so kind and helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. We really loved our time here we had an amazing time. Can’t wait to come back!

This property was even better this time around as the owner has upgraded the floors and bathrooms, The house was very clean and very well supplied with clean towels, linens etc. The views are breathtaking and the owner made sure that everything was in order for our visit. Amazing location and host

The condo was absolutely wonderful and our group had nothing but amazing things to say about how clean and spacious it was, as well as the views and proximity to the beach! On top of that, Lisa was an incredible host. She was so easy to talk to and so accommodating from booking to check-out. We had questions ranging from car service, to local dining options, to beach access, etc. Lisa handled all of our questions and provided a ton of awesome recommendations for the area. Great Beach Location

Great location next to two beach access locations plus close to lake. Not too far of a walk to go to Rosemary. House is listed for 16, we had 13 and it was a little tight. Host is very responsive.

Relaxing Paradise!

My family and I had the most amazing vacation at Paradise Lookout! The house was everything we expected and more! And we’re coming back the first chance we get for more gorgeous views, luxurious bedding, chefs kitchen, games galore, super fun pool, relaxing decks and steps to the beach and superb dining. Lisa is an exquisite hostess! She’s thought of everything to make a family vacay fun and memorable! The beds were super comfortable, so much so that I slept in every morning! The entire house is beautifully decorated with no amenity spared. If I could rate Paradise Lookout a “10,” I surely would!

We take a yearly family vacation and decided to try Rosemary Beach this year over Destin. We loved Rosemary and the beach. The house had great beach access. That was about where the good things ended. We paid for early check-in. When we arrived, the AC was broken, the pool was green with algae and trash on the pool deck, and the kitchen sink water wouldn’t work. We spent the first day dealing with all of these issues instead of getting to enjoy our vacation. The sink issue wasn’t fixed until the next day. We couldn’t use the pool until the next day, but even then, the water looked cloudy. The second night of our trip, the hot water heater stopped working. We finally figured out that the breaker had flipped the next night so we did 24 hours without hot water. Also, the house was just dirty, like it needed a thorough deep clean. There were random splatters on the walls and cabinets. We couldn’t walk on the hardwood floors without our feet turning black from dirt. The owner was communicative about the issues, but it’s like no one checked the property before we came. The owner offered to have a cleaning crew come in while we were there, which we declined. When asked about compensation for all of these issues, all we were offered was the cleaning fee back minus the linen fee. We settled on 550 returned. After spending 7k on the trip, it was not worth it and the compensation not even close to enough for the issues we dealt with that honestly, really impacted our vacation.

Great beach getaway

I rented this house for a “girl’s trip”. We had the best time. House is very spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk. The house has plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to transport our gear to the beach. Very convenient! We all really enjoyed the private pool as well! I gave it 4 stars for location because there are not restaurants in walking distance. However, there are several restaurants about 5-10 minutes away by car. This is a great house if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place at the beach. Lisa, the host, is very accommodating and responds quickly to emails. We really enjoyed our time here!

Fun at Paradise Lookout

The Sherrill Family had a fun vacation while staying at Paradise Lookout. The bedroom layout worked great for our multigenerational family. The pool was dirty due to rain showers, but Liza addressed this problem. Several days were red flag days at the beach. The children had fun in the pool on these days. The only issues with the home were that water was turned off on arrival, master bath shower drain was stopped up but these problems were easily corrected. This was our first time to the Inlet Beach area. A beautiful area and home that we would return to for another fun time!!

Close to Beach, Classic Inlet Beach Home

It was great to wake up and see the water each morning and the walk was easy to the beach. The home is older so it has some small issues like no pantry, painted kitchen cabinets and an older pool deck. But overall it is a good home for a large family. Well stocked kitchen and beach toys, chairs, floats, etc. The room with the curtains as a door is good for young kids but not teens or adults. The top deck is great for sunsets but only accessed through the master suite or through the curtain room. We worked it out but could help to know in advance. Homeowner was very nice and helpful throughout the stay. Communicated some minor issues to her that hopefully will help the next guests.

A Wonderful 10 Day Stay!

Our family made great memories at this lovely beach home. It really is just minutes away from the beach, and even the "public" beach area wasn't crowded. The rooftop deck view is stunning! We appreciated the large living area on the main floor that allowed all of us to enjoy time together. The a/c and appliances worked well during our stay, and the beds were comfy! All bathrooms have been updated, and the pool was wonderful. Lisa is a generous host, offering extras that we haven't noticed in other rentals--multiple rolls of toilet paper, soap in each bathroom, twice weekly garbage pick-up and plenty of outside trash cans for large groups, as well as weekly pool cleaning. She was gracious, easy to communicate with, and responsive when answering any questions. Bonus: her check-out process is the least cumbersome of any rentals we've stayed at. Thank you again, Lisa, for your many kindnesses!

Beach Access One with stairs is 5 min walk and the Beach access 2 with no stairs is a 5 minute walk - easy with owner provided wagon and light weight beach chairs. Private, secluded heat optional pool on a quarter acre lot. Flat Screen, Smart TVs in Family room and all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with granite and stainless appliances.
