A quiet 4-minute stroll from the white sugary sand on Inlet Beach is where you’ll find the spacious, 3-level townhome of “On Inlet Time”. Endless open-air balconies, a private backyard pool with ample lounge seating, indoor/outdoor kitchen, plus beach gear for the entire family! Three bedroom suites, a kids bunkroom, plus private studio accommodate up to 14 guests! Located in an ideal spot nestled between Rosemary Beach and (West) Panama City Beach; each day of your stay will bring new adventures from the Florida Panhandle!

The private backyard boasts a large outdoor grill and food prep area, along with conversational seating. Several loungers and chairs line the perimeter of the pool and offer optimal sun soaking! An ample supply of beach gear is stored in the garage, ready to make for THE perfect beach day – including four bicycle cruisers waiting to take you on a quick excursion over to the neighboring coastal community of Rosemary Beach. “On Inlet Time” is one of very few custom-built townhomes nestled in the private neighborhood of Park Place Avenue. Just a 4-minute walk from the front door is the Phillips Inlet Beach access where you can set up your complimentary chairs, umbrella, and beach cart each day and watch the waves come in!

To allow for convenient navigation inside, the residential elevator begins on the ground floor in the garage and travels up to the 3rd, making luggage and grocery trips a breeze! The third floor is the heart of the home, featuring a large open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a designated pantry area and all the comforts of your at-home kitchen are furnished here. Guests can rest easy knowing they don’t have to bring anything with them to prepare and serve their favorite meals. The formal dining table seats up to 7 guests while the outdoor dining tables seat up to 8 (located on the 3rd and 4th floor balconies). A designated work/desk area is situated just off to the side of the main living area and has its own access door to the balcony (there is a half bathroom in the hallway). Three of the sleeping accommodations reside on the 2nd floor. Overlooking the pool is the queen suite which has 2 queen beds, its own private walkout balcony/gathering area as well as a private ensuite. Just down the hall is a quaint twin bunk nook with a sliding barn door. On the South side is a spacious king balcony suite which overlooks the cobblestone drive with private ensuite. An additional king balcony suite resides on the 3rd floor, just off the main living space and features another walkout balcony overlooking the neighborhood and has a private ensuite as well.

One of our favorite areas of "On Inlet Time" is the additional studio, located on the ground floor, just inside from the pool deck. Its galley-style kitchen is outfitted with all small & large appliances to host its own unique vacation experience, including a counter-style bar, seating up to 4 guests. Offering as much open space as possible in the pool suite; the queen bed is a custom-built hideaway murphy bed. Easy to pull down for the night and even easier to put away before that first cup of coffee out on the pool deck! An additional queen-sized sleeper sofa pulls out as well while the full sized bathroom is a few steps from the kitchen space.
