Inlet Beach Breezes is a beautiful beach home in exclusive Inlet Beach in South East Walton County with the most public beach in Walton county. The quaint community means you have more room on the beach! The beach home is south of 30A and Hwy 98 and just east of Rosemary Beach. It is less than 125 yards to the gulf and beaches with a flat uncrowded beach access a 1 minute walk away. There are gulf views from the 3rd floor balcony. You will have ample room on the beach to relax and swim. The home is setup to comfortably accommodate 3-4 families and can sleep up to 15 people in beds. Spend your Florida beach vacation in this elegant coastal vacation rental home with beautiful gulf views! Along with the phenomenal views, you have a private pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, LCD hi-def TV's, quality sheets and towels and an easy stroll to the beach and right on to the sand with NO STAIRS!

The home is setup to comfortably accommodate 3 - 4 families and provide ample room to get away from the crowd and enjoy some privacy and fun! You have enough room to bring friends and an au-pair.

You will have exactly what you want if you are a small family, larger group or multiple families. The home is close to one of the only public beach accesses in South Walton that has no stairs to climb making it effortless to get your group and all of your toys on the beach. There are four balconies with great views of the Gulf! The Community is an exclusive property located on the Eastern shores of South Walton County. It is close enough to Rosemary to walk for dining, shopping and tennis and only 1 mile to Publix. There are many restaurants nearby. Just east of the home are Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powel.

The first floor of the home has a teen suite with 40' LCD TV, 2 bunks and a trundle. This room can sleep 5 and leave space to relax and play. Also on the 1st floor is living space with a full kitchen, full bath, sitting area, 40-inch LCD TV and queen murphy bed. French doors lead to the private courtyard with a pool, hot tub, built-in gas grill and your private back gate for easy beach access.

Ride the elevator to the second floor where there are 2 King master bedrooms each with a private bathroom, balcony and LCD TV's. There is a second bunk room with LCD TV, another full bath and the laundry.

The third floor has a fantastic east facing king master bedroom with private bath and balcony. The living space includes a gourmet Kitchen with Subzero, Wolf, Fisher&Paykel and U-line appliances. The dining table can seat 8 with another four seats at the bar. There is a half bath off the living room and a small office with a nice view of the gulf, desk, chair and a monitor for your laptop. The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a NEW 65 inch LCD TV and great balcony. From the comfort of the living room or the balcony you can see the gulf and watch the evening sunsets.

Just steps to the beach. Lots of beds and bathrooms, with wonderful mattresses. You will never run out of ice with two refrigerators and two ice makers! We had a wonderful time there being with our whole family!

This was the perfect property for our family and friends vacation. Short walk to the beach. The beach wasnt overly crowded due to being in a residential area. Randy was extremely responsive on any questions we had before or during our stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, but also a quick drive to Panama City Beach restaurants too. Close to grocery stores too! Our family of 11 stayed for 8 nights and it was amazing! Great for multiple families of all ages. Excellent beds and accommodations. Short walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. We spent Fall Break here and it was beautiful. The house is very clean and well-maintained. We did have one question about the elevator and the owner responded immediately. The location is ideal…just a few houses down from the beach (with ocean views from the balcony) and walking distance to Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again.

Randy was the most responsive owner I have dealt with in the many years I have been going to the 30A area. If an issue came up, he was on it. The location is great and there are no steps to get down to the beach. The kitchens and grill area are setup with everything you need. Great beds, sheets, and towels. Very comfortable house and I highly recommend staying there.

Family vacation at the beach!

This was our yearly family vacation and there is a total of 11 of us and we still had plenty of room. Enough that we had our own space and was not cramped at all. Really enjoyed the stay. The elevator was a great amenity. Loved it. We brought our own beach chairs, but loved the fact that property had there own and we could use them if needed. Nothing to fault the property, but community needs side walks to the beach, only had road access and traffic was busy. We had small children and bikes and they had to walk in the road to get access to the beach and bike trails. But over all would stay here again.

Inside the house was great. Outside was little longer walk to the beach then what it made it sound like in description. Hot tub only worked one day the pool guy came and turned it on for a couple hours. And by the 3rd and 4th day the pool was so gross nobody would get in it and you couldn't even stand the smell of it.

Everyone in our group loved the property. There was more than enough room for everyone. Having 2 kitchens and multiple bathrooms was definitely a plus with 5 teenage girls. Also loved having 2 ice makers. Our group was so happy there, we didn't want to leave.

My family and I live in Atlanta, GA and Gulf Breeze, FL. I moved to the Florida gulf coast as a child in the early 70’s and grew up there until I finished college. My extended family still lives in the area and we have returned Emerald Coast to vacation for years. Inlet Beach is one of the few and the best "Old Florida" communities remaining in Walton and Bay Counties. It is a quiet, secluded, family-friendly community with plenty of wide, soft, white sand beaches and none of the crowds.

Why they chose this property

We chose Inlet Beach and this home for its beautiful, quiet beaches and great room for our extended family. We love that it is close enough to Rosemary to play tennis, walk, dine and shop and adjacent to Helen State Park with sugar white sand beaches and great walking trails. We are thrilled that there is almost no traffic on the roads and you can ALWAYS find a spot on the beach close to the water. Inlet Beach is one of the few remaining uncongested coastal communities on the panhandle.

What makes this property unique

This is a beautiful upscale home very close to the beach in South Walton County. It can easily accommodate 3 or 4 families and large families while still providing privacy and room for everyone. The home is 3 stories with both east and west facing balconies and great Gulf views. The beach is a quick 1 minute walk with plenty of room to sit on the sand and enjoy the views even on the busiest weekends.
