Great location. Great neighborhood. House is rough around the edges with what seems to be poor maintenance. All in all was a good stay, but probably wouldn’t stay in this home again.

The house is located in a nice, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It is in the perfect location between Destin and PCB and very close to all the 30a fun. It took five minutes to drive to the beach every day. The community pool is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our afternoons there.
