Outdoor Fun
Private, heated pool (88 °F on request) inside a 6-ft fence—perfect for safe play and late-night swims. Plenty of outdoor living space both in the sun and covered space. Enjoy a book on the covered porch while it rains, lay by the pool and work on your tan, eat at one of multiple outdoor table options.

Natural-gas grill + shaded patio dining (no propane runs).

Driveway fits four vehicles. (Beach gear may be on-site from prior guests, but we don’t list it as an amenity.)

We had a family of 17 stay there for a week. Our kids loved the pool and the walk to Beach was so short. There was a lot of shopping, activities, and eating near us. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for the week. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable.

What a house

This house was amazing. The location is literally 40 steps to the beach. The pool was great and clean. The house is huge and offers so much privacy from your group. Owners were great to deal with. Out of all of the places I’ve stayed in PCB, this was my favorite and it’s not even close.

Updated, clean and efficient !! Very nice to be able to separate the three different family groups. The fence and gate helped us private. Afternoon shade on part of pool was a blessing for those of us that don't spent that much time in the SUN.

Panama City Beach Family Vacation

Everything regarding the listing for this property was 100% accurate. It was very spacious, clean, one block from the beach and a very short drive to numerous restaurants. Nick was very quick in responding to all inquiries. There were not any issues with the check in directions and door codes. That location was relatively quiet and very relaxing. Both kitchens on the property were fully stocked with all small appliances and cooking utensils. Overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this location if you have a large group.

The name speaks for itself..literally. You are steps from a low key beautiful beach. We had a big group that all wanted separate places..Nick's place is perfect for close..but not too close! All the units were spacious, clean and decorated nicely. Couches were comfy...bathrooms were really nice. Lots of sleeping space! The kitchens were the most stocked kitchens I've ever come across in a VRBO. Plus they supplied things like- dish soap, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP and PT. - which is appreciated. We loved the privacy of the fence that surrounded the property.. The pool and the back area are lovely to sit and grill. Nick was gracious and let us arrive early because of a flight situation. He answered all questions timely. Very accommodating. Would definitily book again and recommend:)

I'm a family man that enjoys the sun, vacation, travel, and sports. This property works great for me to host my personal family and extend family. I have 5 kids from 10 to 15 years old and it works well when they want to bring friends or when we have cousins stay with us.

I have had vacation rentals since 2011 and care about providing a great atmosphere for you and your guests to feel comfortable! I like to make it simple for you and your guests to arrive and enjoy. Have walmart+, instacart, or another service deliver your groceries while you play. All the kitchen tools and basic supplies are provided.

Why they chose this property

This property is amazing for multi-families to enjoy time together while getting their own space. Example family A has small kids and get up early say 6:30 AM and want to get food and coffee going they can in one unit, while family B sleeps until 9 and is not disturbed in the unit they are in. Then the grandparents can get their own space in the studio unit.

This is just one example how this works very well to give you an idea.

A fence runs around the entire property making it easy to keep kids safe while they have fun running around and swimming. While providing nice privacy and allowing parents to relax.

Street is quiet and very little traffic at all so safe simple walk to beach. Quick access to restaurants and supplies while not having a crowded beach area. This isn't by a "high rise" where the beach gets packed.
